• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book SQLs for the Sales team
• Participate in sales calls when required to support qualification and deal progression
• Ensure all leads, activities, and sales interactions are fully tracked in HubSpot

• Support pre-event and post-event outreach and follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outbound B2B sales development experience
• Proven ability to self-source leads and drive outbound pipeline
• Strong understanding of GTM and ABM strategies
• Hands-on experience with Reply.io or Clay as a primary outbound tool
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot as the single CRM and system of record
• Experience supporting events and event-driven lead generation
• Comfortable engaging in pre-sales qualification and joining sales calls
• Excellent written and spoken English (business-level or higher)
• Highly organized, results-driven, and accountable

In this role, you will

• Own and optimize the full growth funnel end-to-end: traffic → registration → activation → payment → repeat
• Develop and execute the growth strategy across paid acquisition, product growth, and monetization
• Audit, restructure, and scale acquisition channels, with a strong focus on Google and Meta
• Define, validate, and improve core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, ROMI) across all channels
• Build and maintain a cohort-based LTV model, clearly defining assumptions, risks, and limitations
• Generate, prioritize, and validate growth hypotheses in close collaboration with Product, Tech, and Analytics
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing for onboarding flows, paywalls, pricing, messaging, and offers
• Define ROMI benchmarks and scaling thresholds for key traffic sources
• Optimize unit economics to ensure scalable and predictable growth
• Work closely with payments and risk teams to improve conversion rates, approval rates, and revenue stability
• Build growth dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure full transparency and fast decision-making

• Launch, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across DSP networks for the company’s mobile products
• Manage large ad budgets with a focus on efficiency and growth

• Design and implement a structured testing framework: creatives, GEOs, segments, targeting, bidding strategies
