About the Role:

As a Senior MLOps Platform Engineer, you will be the driving force behind scaling AI capabilities by owning end-to-end infrastructure and processes supporting the full lifecycle of ML models. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, data analysts, and platform engineers to design and build systems for dataset and label management, model registry, experiment tracking, and model serving. 

Your contributions will enable faster, more reliable model deployments and deliver measurable impact in a mission-critical AI platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement systems for dataset and label management, including versioning and customer feedback integration.
• Establish and maintain a model repository/registry with version control, lineage tracking, and local inference support.
• Lead implementation of experiment tracking and monitoring solutions for data science and generative AI, focusing on evaluation, drift detection, and reproducibility.
• Lead the deployment, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of ML/DL models in production.
• Own model serving and inference infrastructure, including autoscaling, A/B testing, canary deployments, and latency/cost optimization.
• Enable generative AI capabilities by developing tagging tools, prompt management services, and LLM testing frameworks.
• Drive operational excellence by improving tool deployment usability and establishing granular cost visibility across environments and projects.
• Develop reusable components such as standardized data loaders, CI/CD pipelines, and automated model retraining workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists and platform engineers to productionize ML/DL models in public cloud environments.

Required Competence and Skills:

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in MLOps / ML Platform Engineering (or equivalent ML Engineering experience with strong MLOps ownership). Able to independently design, build, and scale production ML infrastructure.
• Experience collaborating closely with Data Scientists or ML Research teams to productionize machine learning models.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience in containerization, CI/CD, and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying, serving, and monitoring ML models.
• Proficiency with dataset management, model versioning, experiment tracking, monitoring, and MLOps platforms (e.g. MLflow, SageMaker, or similar tools).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow), big-data technologies (Apache Spark), and data stores such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and adopting Generative AI and agentic workflows in day-to-day software development.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Java programming experience in production environments.

About the Role:

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will own critical platform services end-to-end—from feature definition and API design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. You will join a cross-functional team responsible for high-performance backend systems and data pipelines that power intelligent analytics, large-scale event processing, and workflow automation.

This role demands deep expertise in Python development, cloud platforms, and container orchestration, along with a mindset for automation, reliability, and AI-assisted development. You will influence the technical roadmap, mentor peers, participate in architecture reviews, and ensure the platform scales reliably under high-volume production workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own backend features and services throughout their lifecycle, from requirements analysis and technical design to deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs, microservices, and data-processing systems that support high-volume, cloud-native applications.
• Build and optimize solutions running on AWS, leveraging modern cloud services, distributed architectures, and event-driven patterns.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into reliable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Ensure software quality through automated testing, code reviews, observability practices, and continuous improvement of development workflows.

Required Competence and Skills:

• At least 8+ years of professional backend development experience, including at least 4-5 years working with Python.
• Proven track record designing and maintaining robust, scalable APIs and services.
• Strong proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis) databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms and core managed services.
• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS).
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools and coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate software delivery and improve code quality.
• Experience building distributed microservices and event-driven systems at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to own production systems, participate in on-call support, and resolve incidents effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, system design expertise, and clear technical communication.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.

• Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with SQLAlchemy or other ORM libraries.
• Knowledge of search and analytics platforms such as Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.

What you'll be doing:

• Launch and run Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for an enterprise B2B audience
• Build semantics and negative keywords for a narrow niche
• Set up clean conversion tracking: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tags, data into the CRM
• Build measurement across the full funnel: click → inquiry → qualified lead → deal
• Create media plans, forecast outcomes, own the budget
• Make simple creatives yourself (static, basic editing, template tools + AI) or write clear briefs for a designer where a higher level is needed

• Understand what makes a landing page convert: structure, offer, proof, trust signals (compliance, certifications, cases), CTA

   

What we expect

• 2+ years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Required: experience with B2B and long sales cycles
• Marketing understanding at the level of substance, not tools: why one line or creative converts and another doesn't; the ability to frame a product's value so it lands with a specific decision-maker
• Confident with Google Analytics, GTM, and full-funnel analytics; understanding of attribution and its limits
• Experience with limited search volume and expensive clicks — not mass traffic
• Grasp of B2B unit economics: CAC, LTV, cost per qualified lead, impact on pipeline
• English strong enough to write and judge ads for the US / EU market
• Self-direction: a track record of running projects and owning the outcome

• AI tools built into your workflow: gathering and cleaning semantics, generating and iterating ad variants, parsing exports, analyzing competitors' ads and landing pages
