• Own end-to-end reporting: gather requirements, design, build, and iterate on dashboards and reports

Must-Have Skills & Experience 

• 2–4 years of experience in a BI analyst, reporting, or similar analytics role 
• Strong communication skills — ability to explain data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
• Fluent English (written and verbal) — this is essential for daily cross-team collaboration 
• SQL proficiency at an analyst level — comfortable writing queries, joins, aggregations; deep database engineering knowledge is not required 
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar 
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage your own reporting backlog 
• Experience working with product or operations teams in an agile environment

As a Mobile Automation QA, you will:
Design and implement QA test automation infrastructure and test scenarios for client–mobile–backend systems, including communication between devices, front-end, back-end services, and mobile applications.

You will become part of yellowHEAD’s technology team and co-own the full Agile lifecycle — development, implementation, maintenance, support, and performance tuning. The role involves close collaboration with marketing units, analysts, account managers, and external stakeholders to design and deliver complex data pipelines, internal reports, and customer-facing dashboards. This is a hands-on senior position with strong influence on the team’s technical direction — we are looking for someone proactive who will push the team forward and uplift its professional level.
