About the Role:

We are looking for a senior Retention leader to build and own the retention function for our iGaming brands (casino & sportsbook). Your work will directly impact revenue, LTV, and product growth across Tier-1 markets and future expansion to Tier-2 and Tier-3.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Work closely with the PPC Specialist.

✔️You will be responsible for driving growth and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for your assigned products

✔️ Increase conversions through promotions, offers, coupons, and pricing strategies

✔️ Manage new product launches in partnership with marketing and creative teams

✔️ Maintain and improve catalog structure, content, and listing health

✔️ Drive continuous process improvement and best practice documentation

✔️ Monitor competitors, trends, and market dynamics to stay one step ahead

✔️ Optimize product listings for visibility and performance 

✔️ Working with analytic tools (Amazon and 3rd party services) to monitor product performance on variety of metrics, identifying weaknesses as well as potencial growth points.

✔️ Interact with Amazon Seller Support and Account Managers on listing and compliance issues.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PL products
✅ Solid understanding of Amazon fundamentals — from listing creation to keyword optimization and advertising
✅ Proficiency with tools like tool like Helium10, Amazon SQP, MyRealProfit and others
✅ Confident Excel skills — you know your way around dashboards and advanced sales tracking
✅ Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams
✅ Familiarity with with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira etc)
✅ English: Upper-Intermediate (B1–B2)

➕ Additional experience with other marketplaces (Shopify, Walmart, Ebay etc), external traffic, influencers driven sales and others.
