    Head of Product Operations

    Hybrid Remote Β· Worldwide Β· Product Β· 5 years of experience Β· English - B2
Our Mission and Vision At Solidgate, our mission is clear: to empower outstanding entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. We exist to fuel the builders β€” the ones shaping the digital economy β€” with the financial infrastructure they deserve....

    Our Mission and Vision
At Solidgate, our mission is clear: to empower outstanding entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. We exist to fuel the builders β€” the ones shaping the digital economy β€” with the financial infrastructure they deserve. To achieve that, we’re on a bold path: to become the #1 payments orchestration platform in the world.

Why are we introducing Product Ops

Think of 🏎️ Product Ops as the pit-crew for our product org β€” the crew that keeps the car running at optimal speed while the drivers (PMs, designers, engineers) focus on steering, innovation, and delivering value.
Digital product work is unpredictable β€” delays, messy data, broken handoffs, tool chaos β€” those can easily turn β€œsprints” into sludge. Product Ops is what stands between that chaos and the ability to deliver clean, high-velocity, high-quality work.
Instead of building the product itself, Product Ops builds and runs the operating system β€” frameworks, tools, workflows β€” so that the rest of the org can move fast, aligned, and without friction.
    Product Ops isn’t β€œjust operations” β€” instead, it’s a force multiplier.

Importantly, this role is not about processes for the sake of processes.
This role is all about reality checks. You’ll systematically align our product with what customers and commercial teams actually experience.

    What You Will Own

β€” Customer feedback loop: Structured system connecting Sales, Merchant Ops, and Integration insights directly into product discovery and planning

β€” Product context from the field: Translating sales demos and merchant interactions into actionable product intelligence (what works, customer expectations, objections)

β€” Scalable processes: Clear frameworks for product involvement in custom solutions, demos, and merchant initiatives β€” replacing ad-hoc coordination with repeatable systems

β€” Feature rollout: Controlled deployment of new features to existing customers, including timing, communication, feedback collection, and iteration

β€” Team management & development: Design & Tech Writing teams

Why This Role Is a Career Accelerator

β€” High-impact role β€” you directly shape how the entire product organization works
β€” N-1 level to the CPO β€” real strategic influence, not a support role
β€” Immediate measurable impact β€” your work instantly affects delivery speed, transparency, and quality
β€” You build from zero β€” no legacy chaos, no rigid structures
β€” Wide operational playground β€” planning, discovery, delivery, rituals, documentation, metrics

    Team Setup

You will directly lead: Tech Writing & Product Design Team
Your lead & mentor: Artem Sadurskyy, CPO

    Our Ideal Candidate

β€” Proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Product UX, or Product Design Operations, driving complex initiatives from idea to impact.
β€” Experience working closely with product designers, UX, and product managers β€” not only with engineering teams
β€” Strong product mindset and customer obsession β€” ability to connect product decisions with real customer and commercial context
β€” A track record of building, improving, or scaling product processes that actually work β€” and keep working as teams grow
β€” Hands-on people leadership experience, supporting teams, setting clear expectations, and raising the bar
β€” Strong command of planning, discovery, and delivery, with confidence in:

    β€” prioritisation and roadmap governance
    β€” capacity planning and SLAs
β€” product and delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, quality)

β€” Fluency with modern product tools: Jira, Confluence or Notion, Figma, and analytics platforms
β€” A data-driven mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to turn complexity into clarity

Soft skills that truly matter here: systems thinking, clear structured communication, ability to influence without authority, leadership & ambition, results-oriented mindset, conflict management, and strong cultural fit.

The Points That Make You Stand Out
Experience in fintech/payments, B2B, and marketing acquisition.

    Why Join Solidgate?
    High-impact role. You’re not inheriting a perfect system β€” you’re building one
Great product. Solidgate is the financial infrastructure for modern Internet businesses: from subscriptions to fraud, chargebacks, and indirect tax
Part of Endeavor. A global community of the world’s most impactful entrepreneurs
Massive growth opportunity. This role will be a career-defining move
Top-tier tech team. Proven engineers, modern engineering culture, CI/CD, metrics, automation
