Mission

Responsibilities

• Design and build reinforcement learning models for autonomous campaign optimization
• Develop prediction models to forecast campaign profitability before spend
• Implement automated bid adjustment, campaign kill-switches, and budget reallocation logic
• Analyze around two years of historical campaign data in BigQuery to identify performance patterns
• Design reward functions and feedback loops for AI agents
• Run A/B tests comparing ML-driven optimization with rule-based approaches
• Collaborate with an AI Creative Strategist to validate which creative patterns drive the highest ROI

Must-have requirements

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in Generative AI and natural language processing (NLP), working with large-scale transformer models and generative pre-trained LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, and Gemini
• Knowledgeable about the latest advancements in diffusion models and other generative frameworks for text and image generation
• Adept at applying advanced deep learning techniques to practical use cases
• Well-versed in emerging trends and breakthroughs in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP, with a strong focus on their real-world applications
• Proficient in working with state-of-the-art pre-trained language models like GPT-4 and BERT, including fine-tuning for specialized tasks
• Aware of the software development lifecycle for AI projects and the operationalization of machine learning models
• Experienced in deploying AI solutions on major cloud platforms
• Hands-on with Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Skilled in interpersonal communication, analytical reasoning, and complex problem-solving
• Capable of translating technical concepts into clear, concise insights that non-technical audiences can easily grasp
• Proficient in business communication in English at an upper-intermediate level

🚀 Business Development Partner (Commission-Based)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Partner to own the full sales cycle - from first conversation to signed agreement and first payment.

This is not an SDR role.
This is not a support position.

You’ll speak directly with founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders, guide them through our hiring model, and close deals independently.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Proactively reach out via LinkedIn and email
• Run discovery calls with founders and hiring leaders
• Understand real hiring pain points and business context
• Clearly explain TrustyRecruit’s hiring model and structure
• Handle objections around pricing, timing, and approach
• Align on scope, pricing, and milestones (within guardrails)
• Secure signed agreements and first installment payments

Deal Ownership

• Own the deal end-to-end until payment is received
• Maintain clean handover notes after closing
• Collaborate with the founder on complex or high-value deals when needed
