The mission of this role is to keep our business and revenue safe by building security into the way we develop software — from early design decisions to CI/CD pipelines and live production systems.
 

This is a hands-on Application Security role focused on embedding security into the software development lifecycle and reducing real product risks.
 

You will work closely with engineering teams to:

• design secure application architectures
• improve secure coding practices
• detect vulnerabilities early in the development lifecycle

• continuously improve application security as part of everyday engineering work

What You Will Own

As an Application Security Engineer, you will be responsible for application-level security across our fintech platform, including:
 

• Building and maintaining secure coding standards and supporting their adoptionl across development teams
• Conducting threat modeling during architecture and design stages
• Implementing and improving application security testing, including: SAST, DAST, Dependency and secrets scanning, CI/CD security checks
• Performing regular application security assessments and maturity evaluations (OWASP ASVS, OWASP SAMM)
• Managing the full vulnerability lifecycle: triage, prioritization, remediation support, and validation
• Supporting external penetration testing and Bug Bounty programs
• Identifying and mitigating security risks in cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines

• Hands-on experience with OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities

IT Craft invites a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with exposure to database development to join the company for a 6-month contract to assist in rebuilding custom VB6 projects in C# / .NET10 (mainly to support Microsoft CRM and Cloud Dynamics CRM integration, customization, data processing and plugin development).

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of commercial experience in working with .NET and C# (Dependency Injection, async/await, config/logging, SDK-style projects, NuGet), ASP.NET;
• Experience with Angular or React;
• Knowledge of the legacy stack (VB6 + VBA/Access reading/debugging, .NET Framework 4.7);
• Strong background in relational databases and Dataverse Web API (CRUD, OData queries, select/expand, batching, paging), Data model (tables, relationships, choice fields) and managing schema change impact;
• Experience with T-SQL (Stored procedures, views/functions, triggers);
• Experience with data access using ADO.NET or EF Core, including handling timeouts and resiliency patterns;
• Experience with authentication via Entra ID app registrations (client credentials and delegated flows);
• Experience with Microsoft CRM and Cloud Dynamics CRM integration;
• Experience with Azure Portal;
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and debugging skills;
• Ability to produce concise technical documents and migration notes;

We are looking for a strong Head of Sales manager.

As Head of Sales, you will own the entire Lead-to-FTD conversion engine of the company.

Your core mission is to turn incoming leads into first-time deposits efficiently and at scale by building, managing, and optimizing sales call center operations (internal and outsourced).

You will sit at the intersection of marketing, call centers, CRM, analytics, and payments, ensuring speed-to-lead, high conversion rates, disciplined execution, and predictable unit economics.

This role is critical for the company success and among those bringing the highest business impact.

What You Will Do:

• Own end-to-end Lead → FTD conversion across all channels (paid media, affiliates, IBs, in-app)
• Be fully accountable for FTD volume, conversion rate, CAC efficiency, and sales productivity
• Build and continuously optimize the first-line sales funnel
• Manage internal and outsourced call centers (quality, operational metrics, SLAs, capacity)
• Own sales pipelines in CRM (stages, routing, automation)
• Ensure clean handoff from sales → retention/account management
• Be responsible for key metrics (Speed-to-Lead, Contact rate, Lead → FTD %, conversion, FTD cost)
• Partner with Marketing, Payments, and Retention

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership within CFD/Forex/fintech/iGaming/high-velocity B2C
• Proven experience managing call centers (internal and/or outsourced)
• Strong hands-on understanding of lead funnels, conversion mechanics, and sales process
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and cohort data
• Deep hands-on experience working with callcenter technical stack (telephony services, autodialing systems, AI-based quality control platforms, etc)

• Ability to identify, assess, and prioritize risks in a structured way.
• Experience setting up and tracking risk metrics and reporting systems.
