Description

Broadband team works on 2nd generations of Harmonic (NASDAQ:HLIT) Cable Access products: actively developing the industry’s first software-based CCAP solution (“Cable OS”) and cloud native CMTS.

These solutions allow to cable operator companies to deliver the IP-based data, video, and voice services to millions of customers. We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Clinical Design Engineer to join Materialise.

Responsibilities:

⁃ A Clinical Design Engineer developing medical implants and guides for CMF based on Clinical engineer requests, surgeon's preferences, and anatomy aspects according to work instructions and established procedures;

⁃ Able to determine the high-level clinical reality and history of the patient based on medical image data, and other additional data if applicable.

Requirements:

⁃ University degree in Mechanical Engineering or the Biomedical Engineering field is a plus (commercial experience is not mandatory);

⁃ Good 3-dimensional thinking & basic experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar);

English level: Intermediate.

⁃ General engineering knowledge;

⁃ Detail-oriented and good at troubleshooting;

⁃ Good self-organization skills;

Will be a plus

Understanding of 3D-printing technology.

You have hands-on experience in iGaming media buying teams with $500K–$1M+ monthly spend, understand the full operational flow from traffic to revenue, and think in terms of profitability, scalability, and efficiency. You’re proactive, analytical, and calm under pressure, capable of building and optimizing infrastructure, aligning teams, and ensuring that every process and decision directly contributes to business growth and margin.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Own and manage core departments: Tech, Farm, Finance, BDM, Creative
• Build and scale infrastructure to support $1M+ monthly spend
• Optimize processes to increase profitability and operational efficiency
• Monitor performance, costs, and overall team effectiveness
• Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve them quickly
• Work closely with C-level to analyze, propose, and implement solutions end-to-end
• Ensure clear alignment across teams: everyone understands their role, impact, and goals
• Drive structure, speed, and accountability across all operations

• Experience as COO / Head of Operations / Team Lead in affiliate or media buying teams

• Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem and media buying flow end-to-end
• Experience with tools and infrastructure (Binom, integrations, account systems)
• Solid understanding of P&L, unit economics, and margins
• System thinking: ability to build scalable processes, not just manage chaos
• Strong analytical mindset: focus on profitability, efficiency, and scalability
• Ability to stay calm under pressure (bans, payment issues, scaling challenges)
