We are looking for a QA Team Lead who will be responsible for quality assurance across multiple engineering teams and play a key role in building a scalable testing strategy. You will act as the quality owner for the larger development team, ensuring the reliability of the entire product data flow from external API integrations to end-user dashboards.

In this role, you will lead the QA team and work closely with engineering team leads, implementing automation, quality gates, and testing best practices within development workflows. You will have the opportunity to shape the company-wide quality strategy, scale automation efforts, and influence product quality across the entire engineering organization.

- Lead a QA team of 3–4 engineers, including task assignment, code reviews, mentorship, and supporting professional growth.

As a Strong Middle/Senior Python Developer (AI/ML Integrations) at Summa, you will play a key role in integrating AI and machine learning solutions into the platform, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless interactions between advanced technologies and user workflows.
 

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer
• Proven hands-on experience integrating LLMs into backend or production systems.
• Strong understanding of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
• Solid expertise in RAG architecture and modern AI system design.
• Experience building robust ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of API development (REST, GraphQL).

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and AI-driven systems using Python.

You’ll join the team developing our internal Python engine that powers 3D reconstruction and measurement logic for CT-based workflows.
