The vacancy is open due to the start of cooperation with a new client in the FoodTech domain.

To support the client’s customers across multiple channels and ensure consistently high service quality, we are expanding the support team and looking for a Customer Support Representative with strong English and German communication skills.

Role Mission

To provide fast, accurate, and customer-oriented support for the client’s users by handling requests via tickets and chat, ensuring high CSAT, meeting SLA targets, and maintaining consistent service quality in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via tickets and chat in German and English.
• Provide clear, structured, and empathetic responses while following internal processes and guidelines.
• Maintain a high service quality level and consistently meet SLA requirements (FRT and Time to Close).
• Resolve typical customer issues independently and escalate more complex cases when needed.
• Work with multiple support tools and internal documentation to ensure correct case handling.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving internal documentation and support workflows.
• Ensure accurate communication and attention to detail in customer-facing messages.

Working schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM CET

About You:

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Support (chat/tickets).
• German and English at C1/C2 level (written and spoken).
• Strong written communication skills: clear structure, literacy, and attention to detail.
• Fast typing and confidence working in a high-load environment.
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong information search skills and ability to work with documentation.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle urgent requests professionally.
• High responsibility and reliability (SLA-driven role).
• Empathy and strong customer focus, especially in complaint handling.

Responsibilities:

- Designing and creating various types of educational materials
- Monitoring the latest technological developments to quickly create new and, most importantly, relevant materials
- Collecting and analyzing feedback on developed materials
- Proposing and managing innovative ideas to improve not only the content team's performance but also the entire project
- In addition to the mandatory duties, there is the opportunity to engage in additional areas to some extent—like analytics, delve into content for social networks, or work on animations for courses, etc.

Requirements:

- Passion for educating others (experience as a tutor or teaching assistant is a plus)
- It is very important to have a main profile in a technical discipline - mathematics, computer science, or other related fields
- Academic background in mathematics, computer science, or other related fields. We are open to candidates with unfinished degrees (currently in progress)
- Video editing skills are also valued as the platform is moving towards a video format

We are looking for a strong, productive engineer to work directly with our Lead Engineer and CTO.

The role is backend-focused, with significant responsibility for asynchronous processing and integrations, while also implementing frontend integrations in React / Next.js, including GraphQL queries, mutations, and UI components (minor effort).

This is not an entry-level role. You are expected to be comfortable working with TypeScript, NestJS, and React / Next.js in production, within an AWS-based environment. You’ll work with the following technologies:

What You’ll Do:

• Build backend features end-to-end: implement business logic, asynchronous workflows, and data synchronization.
• Design and implement GraphQL resolvers and schemas used directly by the frontend.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems (CRMs, vendors, APIs), including authentication, retries, and failure handling.
• Implement frontend integrations in React / Next.js: write GraphQL queries and mutations and connect them to UI components.
• Provision and use infrastructure resources required by your features using Terraform (you don’t own infra, but you use it).
• Ensure production readiness: logging, tracing, and tests where they matter.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Production experience with NestJS and GraphQL.
• Comfortable working with React / Next.js beyond basic UI changes.
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs, including OAuth and rate limiting.
• Practical understanding of AWS and ability to read and work with Terraform.
• Security-aware mindset when working with user data and identities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM APIs
• Experience with authorisation flows, token and session management, OAuth 2.0
• Experience working on projects with strict compliance requirements (e.g. HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Interest in or experience with DevOps or information security
