What you’ll work with:

• Managing and scaling paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) alongside SEO-driven growth.
• Building and optimizing marketing funnels from scratch: from traffic to conversion.
• Developing creatives and offers: messaging, value propositions, and hypothesis-driven testing.
• Improving landing pages and website CRO: structure, copy, CTAs, UX, and user journeys.
• Running A/B tests end-to-end: launch → analyze → document insights → scale winning experiments.
• Working with analytics and unit economics: CR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer with 2+ years of experience to strengthen our hiring team. In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates, working closely with Recruiters to support business growth. Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for tech roles (occasionally Senior).
• Work closely with Recruiters to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche platforms, and professional communities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs.
