About the role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter who will focus mainly on sourcing and screening technical candidates, while also supporting a few HR-related tasks as our internal team grows.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable working in a small team, can manage their workload independently, and understands that strong recruitment is not just about sending CVs. Responsibilities

• Source and engage IT candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels

Required experience:

🔧 In this role, you will:
Develop and implement algorithms for large-scale visual SLAM and 3D scene reconstruction, build tools for HD map creation (manual and automated), and contribute to data pipelines enabling continuous learning for ML models.
 

🎯 We’re looking for:
MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or similar, with strong experience in visual SLAM, sensor calibration, SfM, MVS, and point cloud processing. Solid programming skills in C++ and Python and a collaborative mindset are essential.
