Role overview

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for building, testing, and scaling paid acquisition channels while continuously improving the full user acquisition funnel.

This role goes beyond campaign setup and media buying. The focus is on systematic experimentation, understanding user behavior across the funnel, identifying scalable acquisition opportunities, and translating performance data into clear decisions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with relatively small testing budgets, extracting meaningful learnings quickly, and scaling only when the economics and conversion data support it.
 

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Own the acquisition funnel from ad impression through landing page, onboarding, conversion, and paid user acquisition.
• Develop and continuously test new audiences, campaign structures, creatives, offers, messaging, and landing-page hypotheses.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Define and monitor key acquisition metrics including CAC, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS, payback period, and LTV/CAC.
• Build structured experimentation frameworks and prioritize tests based on expected impact.
• Work closely with creative, product, design, and analytics teams to improve conversion performance.
• Translate performance data into actionable creative and product hypotheses.
• Identify winning acquisition patterns and develop strategies for scaling them efficiently.
• Manage budgets dynamically based on campaign performance and business priorities.

Required technical skills

• 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Experience managing conversion-focused campaigns across multiple stages of the funnel.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, attribution, and optimization logic.

This is not a "write UI tests for a landing page" role. You will automate a configuration-driven, server-rendered banking runtime where the same test suite must survive dozens of different client configurations.

You will be the dedicated developer for our funnel building teams. The role covers the full technical lifecycle of our funnels — building and maintaining pages, configuring checkouts and offers in the CRM, implementing tracking, and supporting split tests — along with day-to-day ecommerce development requests across the portfolio. 
 

Beyond funnel work, you will develop small self-contained projects: internal tools, digital products, and lightweight SaaS-style applications. These projects involve integrating a variety of third-party APIs — payments, fulfillment, analytics, and AI services — and you will own them end-to-end, from brief to deployment.
 

Turnaround speed and reliability are central to this role. We use AI tooling (primarily Claude) as a standard part of the development workflow, and expect this hire to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Build, edit, and maintain funnel pages in CheckoutChamp and Funnelish, including checkout and upsell flows
• Configure offers, products, pricing, and payment settings in the CRM
• Implement and verify tracking across all pages: pixels, conversion events, and tracker parameters
• Develop and maintain Shopify stores and product pages
• Set up split tests of the funnels
• Diagnose and resolve funnel issues promptly, prioritizing anything affecting live traffic
