💡 Що для нас важливо: 

• Досвід роботи з UGC-контентом у сферах iGaming / Affiliate Marketing  (бажано).

 • Глибоке розуміння специфіки Facebook Ads: що працює в креативах, чому і як це масштабувати.

 • Досвід побудови роботи з акторами, продакшенами, монтажерами, дизайнерами та Media Buyers. 

• Вміння повністю організувати та контролювати цикл виробництва UGC-креативів від ідеї до готового ролика.

🎯 Ваші задачі:

 • Побудувати та масштабувати UGC-продакшен під Facebook Ads. 

• Шукати акторів та підрядників, ставити чіткі ТЗ та контролювати якість і терміни виконання. 

• Забезпечувати медіабаєрів стабільним потоком якісних креативів для заливу. 

• Аналізувати ефективність креативів разом із командами Media Buying та Design.

 • Генерувати та тестувати нові гіпотези, адаптувати креативи під різні GEO (Tier-1, Europe, LATAM, India).

 • Оптимізувати витрати на продакшен та знаходити найкращих підрядників.

Що ти будеш робити:
— Відповідатимеш за маркетингову аналітику від початку до інсайту;
— Когортний та воронковий аналіз: глибоке дослідження поведінки користувачів, Retention, LTV, CAC та юніт-економіки;
— A/B тестування end-to-end: від дизайну експерименту до статистичної валідації та рекомендацій для продукту;
— Аналізуватимеш ефективність Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, ASA etc.;
— Стратегічні ad hoc дослідження: допомагатимеш C-level і стейкхолдерам приймати рішення на основі даних, а не відчуттів.

Що очікуємо від тебе:
— 1+ року досвіду на позиції Data / Product / Marketing Analyst;
— Впевнене знання SQL;
— Python для аналізу: pandas, numpy, statsmodels; досвід автоматизації pipeline'ів;
— Досвід роботи з маркетинговими метриками: CAC, LTV, ROAS, Retention та ін.

Буде перевагою:
— Досвід з MMP;
— Досвід з ML-моделями (churn prediction, LTV forecasting);
— Мобільна аналітика (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
