• Deep knowledge of documentation management.

Job responsibilities

• General knowledge of: Office suite, JIRA, Confluence, etc. Ability to clearly describe the intended use and major used features of tools, ability to complete the assigned tasks using the tools.
• Upper-intermediate English level: understanding the main points of  speech during conference calls and face-to-face communication with clients; ability to read and interpret SDLC specific documentation (requirements, plans, reports, process descriptions, etc).
• Analytical mindset: skills to absorb new information or new domain rapidly and ability to deal with requests from customers without additional clarification by senior staff; attention to minor details during project deliverables review; ability to prioritize tasks in scope of current assignments.
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized: focusing on the result of task assigned and ability to get missing info to accomplish the task to accomplish the task in the given timelines; understanding customer’s business priorities, has experience in working within priorities set by the team lead; understanding when the flag is to be raised on a problem and when it should be solved independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Teamwork: experience in providing support to co-workers and sharing knowledge with the team members; open to feedback and views all feedback as a chance to learn and never react defensively; establish effective communication with other teams to get the tasks completed in a timely manner.
