What will you do:

— Drive the full employee lifecycle within the Tribe: onboarding → development → performance → engagement → offboarding.

— Partner closely with managers of the Marketing Tribe to strengthen feedback culture, goal-setting, team alignment, and leadership practices.

— Lead and improve performance cycles, manage low-performance cases, run calibrations, and support growth and development plans.

— Analyze people data (eNPS, turnover, headcount, workload, engagement signals) and translate it into clear recommendations.

— Co-create and enhance people processes with People Infrastructure and Talent Acquisition Squads.

— Strengthen engagement, trust, and cross-team collaboration within the Marketing Tribe.
 

What do you need to join us:

— 4–6 years of experience in HR within fast-growing product or tech companies.

— At least 2 years in an HRBP/HR Manager role with hands-on partnership with managers.

— Experience supporting 15+ managers: coaching, leadership development, complex case handling and working with big teams (70–100+ people)

— Hands-on experience working closely with teams and effectively navigating complex people-related cases.

— Solid expertise across the full employee lifecycle.

— Strong background in policy, process, and framework development.

— Upper-Intermediate+ English.

We are looking for a Mobile Software Engineer to help build and evolve a decentralized mobile wallet powered by a deterministic Rust SDK. This role focuses primarily on Swift development while requiring strong systems thinking and comfort working across Swift  Rust FFI boundaries. 

- The tech stack that you will interact with will be Swift, Rust, Kotlin, Rust FFI, and Objective C, mostly in that order. 
- You will be working with engineers and developers on the mobile team within our org, Dash Core Group. 
- This is an opportunity to work remotely in a team that uses modern coding practices and operates without a centralized backend, prioritizing client-side verification and security. 

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers to design, implement, and ship new wallet features.
- Implement wallet features on top of a deterministic SDK, ensuring correctness and security across the full stack.Improve our mobile SDKs. 
- This may involve improvements to the foundational Rust SDK.
- We use AI-assisted development tools. 
- Engineers are expected to critically evaluate and validate all generated code.Improve our continuous integration.

Requirements Either: 
- 3+ years professional software engineering experience, with significant experience in Swift (production iOS apps). 
- Exceptional recent graduates with demonstrable systems, distributed systems, compiler, or cryptography experience.
- Strong understanding of deterministic state machines and ability to reason about correctness in financial or security-sensitive systems.
- Comfortable working across language boundaries (Swift  Rust FFI), including understanding of memory ownership, threading, and error propagation.
- Conceptual understanding of cryptographic primitives (hashes, signatures, key derivation, Merkle trees).
- Experience building mobile applications that rely on complex local business logic or SDKs.
- Strong debugging skills across stack boundaries (mobile  SDK  networking).
- Proficient with Git and modern collaborative workflows.
- Strong Linux/macOS command-line skills.Ability to work remotely in a self-directed environment.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- This is not a typical UI-focused mobile role. 
- Candidates should be comfortable reasoning about state, correctness, and security in adversarial environments.

Nice to Have: 
- Working knowledge of Rust.
- Experience working with Rust FFI or other foreign-function interfaces.
- Experience with Android development.Understanding of UTXO vs account-based blockchain models.
- Familiarity with SPV or client-side transaction verification.

  Define and own the long-term technical vision aligned with Mobion’s growth strategy (SaaS+ Franchise expansion). Translate business objectives into scalable architecture and execution roadmaps. Act as a strategic partner to the Head of BU and Product leadership.

  Lead high-level architectural decisions for a distributed, real-time ride-hailing ecosystem (dispatch, mobile apps, admin tools, APIs). Ensure platform scalability, performance, and resilience under growing load and regional expansion.
  Drive Buy vs. Build decisions and continuously evolve the tech stack.
• AI & Automation Strategy
  Lead the integration of AI-driven capabilities into the product and engineering workflows, including:
  -Demand prediction & dynamic pricing optimization

  -AI-assisted development (code review automation, test generation, performance analysis)
  Build a roadmap for leveraging AI to improve both customer value and internal engineering productivity.

  Own hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies. Define competency frameworks, career paths, and drive continuous growth of engineering talent and knowledge sharing.
• Operational Performance & Delivery Excellence
  Set KPIs for engineering leads, run performance reviews, and own PDPs. Optimize the SDLC to ensure predictable delivery, quality, reliability, and security.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP of Engineering, CTO, Head of Engineering), ideally within high-load systems or the ride-hailing / logistics domain.
• Can translate business objectives into technical strategy and long-term roadmaps.
• Has proven experience leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps) and managing capacity and resource allocation.
• Possesses a deep understanding of software development methodologies and process optimization.
• Has a strong architectural-level understanding of Node.js, React, and microservices (to guide and challenge the team, not necessarily to code).
• Has experience planning and managing technical budgets, infrastructure costs, and engineering resources.
• Demonstrates solid knowledge of AWS / Google Cloud / Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and scalability & reliability principles.
