• Experience building complex interaction-heavy UIs (pipeline drag/drop, map workflows, filtering, stateful forms). 
• Solid understanding of async/eventual consistency UX patterns (optimistic updates, retries, stale state recovery, observable success criteria). 
• Strong debugging skills across frontend, API contracts, and asynchronous backend behavior. 
• Ability to perform refactoring in large legacy code areas and reduce coupling/regression risk. 

Nice-to-Have 

• HERE Maps or similar map/routing stack. 
• Firebase/Firestore product experience. 
• CRM, field sales, dispatch, or logistics domain experience. 
• Experience defining frontend standards and align with existing standards and practices, perform code reviews. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead implementation of high-impact frontend features  
• Define maintainable patterns for state management, validation boundaries, and API integration. 
• Collaborate with backend developers and leadership  
• Improve reliability and performance in map-heavy and board-style interfaces. 
• Raise test coverage strategy and release confidence for critical user flows.
