Infrastructure & Resources: 

Our processes are fully streamlined — you won't have to deal with manual routine work. We have a dedicated PBN department, a link-building team, as well as in-house copywriters and developers. Your main focus will be analysis, strategy, and process coordination.

We're hiring the person who owns that entire pipeline: the device lab itself, the test environments and servers behind it, and the integration testing that runs on top.

Who we need: someone technical who can host and run a physical device lab from their home in Kraków — smart locks, cameras, access-control hardware — and also handle the server/networking side so our developers can remotely connect to and test against that hardware.

You'll build and run your own hardware lab — smart locks, cameras, access control systems, and the servers and test environments behind them. Every device integration we ship passes through your hands before it reaches production, and you'll work directly with the development team and CTO with real autonomy: you decide how the lab, its environments, and its tooling evolve. What you'll own:

- The physical device lab — smart locks, access-control hardware, cameras, switches — hosted at your home in Kraków. Setup, configuration, firmware updates, troubleshooting, and inventory.

- Test environments and servers — install, configure, and maintain the local and staging environments our integrations run against; adjust configurations live during debugging sessions with developers.

- Solid Linux and networking fundamentals: comfortable in a terminal with SSH and logs, and with DNS/DHCP/port-level debugging.

- Experience setting up and maintaining servers or local test environments (Node.js ecosystem and Docker familiarity as a plus).

We are looking for a hands-on editor who can work with both AI-generated content and traditional fitness footage, combining everything into polished, engaging short-form video ads.

This is an execution-focused role. You will receive detailed tasks, scripts, references, and creative direction from our Creative Strategist through Jira and Notion. You will not be expected to develop full creative concepts or marketing strategies from scratch.

The company will provide the job requirements, compensation, facts, and key message. Your responsibility will be to turn that information into professional job posts, graphics, videos, presentations, sourcing campaigns, and an organized candidate pipeline.

Main Responsibilities

Job Posting and Platform Management

• Publish and manage vacancies on Djinni, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, job boards, and other approved platforms.
• Complete all vacancy settings, screening questions, salary fields, schedules, locations, and application instructions.
• Refresh, update, and repost vacancies when needed.
• Create and maintain company recruiting pages and profiles.
