About the Team and Role

You'll join the Core team — the team responsible for the services that sit at the heart of Solidgate's payment processing. Core services define what a payment is, integrate with numerous internal services for correct routing, run antifraud checks, and process payments through providers, covering card payments as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. This is the critical path for every payment on the platform, so the team's work directly defines the reliability and speed of the whole system.

The team is actively growing new functionality, supporting existing services, working down technical debt, and maintaining an SLO of 99.99%+ across all of its services. The stack is built around high-load, low-latency requirements: a microservices architecture with Kotlin as the primary language, Protobuf RPC over Buf/Connect, PostgreSQL as the main database, and Kafka for asynchronous processing, with fully automated production deployments and an advanced monitoring and observability setup. Infrastructure is continuously improved by a dedicated platform team, with IaC ensuring transparent, reproducible, and scalable management.

About the Role

We are looking for a Direct Channels Manager to own and develop our direct communication channels: SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Push.

This is a hands-on role combining vendor management, technical integrations, and channel operations. You will source and negotiate with providers, test routes, manage API integrations via Smartico, and monitor channel performance, costs, and stability.

Key Responsibilities

Provider Management

Role Overview

As a QA Engineer, you will ensure high product quality across our e-commerce and healthcare platform. This is a hybrid role (approx. 70% Manual / 30% Automation). You will be primarily responsible for hands-on functional, regression, and exploratory testing of complex business logic and new features, while also contributing to and maintaining our UI and API automation suite using Playwright and TypeScript.

You'll work with a stack that includes Magento 2, Python microservices, and ReactJS on the product side, Playwright/TypeScript for automation, and AWS/GitHub Actions for CI/CD — using AI-assisted testing as part of daily practice.

What you'll do:

• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web applications, focusing on checkout, payment, and healthcare workflows.
• Maintain and expand automated test coverage using Playwright and TypeScript for critical regression scenarios.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate test case design, documentation, test data generation, and automation script creation.
• Analyze product requirements early to identify edge cases, logic gaps, and potential risks before development begins.
• Manage test documentation, track tasks, and write clear, well-structured bug reports in Jira and Confluence.
• Monitor CI/CD execution results and flag pipeline stability or test flakiness issues to the team.

Job requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience in manual Web testing (functional, regression, and exploratory testing of complex business logic).
• 1+ years of hands-on experience contributing to UI or API automation using Playwright and TypeScript (familiarity with POM and clean code principles).
• Practical understanding of e-commerce logic: order lifecycles, shopping cart mechanics, checkout, and payment flows.
• Experience testing REST/GraphQL APIs (Postman/DevTools) and writing SQL (MySQL) queries for verification and test setup.
• Familiarity with Web fundamentals (HTML/CSS, DevTools, Charles/Fiddler proxy tools) and practical Git/GitFlow experience.
• AI-assisted engineering: practical ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or others) to speed up test design, debugging, reporting and script writing, while critically validating output.
• Soft skills: strong proactivity, analytical mindset, customer-centric approach, and clear communication skills.
• Intermediate English level or higher for daily communication and documentation.

Bonus points

• Experience testing healthcare-related products, medical platforms, or HIPAA/EHR workflows.
• Hands-on experience with the Magento 2 platform.
• Experience testing payment integrations and subscription lifecycles (recurring billing, cancellations).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) or Docker.

We are looking for a Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our cybersecurity team and strengthen the company’s proactive defense capabilities.

This role combines cyber threat intelligence, proactive investigations, and risk-oriented analysis. We are looking for a specialist who can identify emerging threats, analyze attacker behavior and TTPs, assess their relevance to the business environment, and help improve the organization’s detection and response capabilities.

You will work closely with SOC, IT, and Risk Management teams to transform threat intelligence into actionable security insights and recommendations.
 

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, enrich, and contextualize cyber threat intelligence from multiple sources, including OSINT, CERTs, vendors, and industry feeds
• Monitor emerging threats, attacker activity, vulnerabilities, and adversary TTPs relevant to the organization
• Conduct proactive threat hunting activities across SIEM, EDR/XDR, cloud environments, and other telemetry sources
• Develop and validate hypotheses based on threat intelligence and behavioral patterns
• Support investigations related to incidents, suspicious activity, and threat intelligence findings
• Identify gaps in detection and response capabilities and provide recommendations for improvement

• Experience working with EDR/XDR solutions
• Understanding of cyber threat intelligence processes and proactive threat hunting methodologies
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
