Core Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks with a strong focus on mobile applications (iOS/Android), including Flutter-based apps.

Define and evolve a mobile-first automation strategy, balancing UI, API, and integration testing for optimal coverage and stability.

Develop robust automated test suites for mobile UI, including handling asynchronous behavior, animations, and platform-specific differences.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable execution across devices, emulators, and environments.

Collaborate closely with Mobile Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps to ensure testability and embed quality early in the SDLC.

Drive best practices for mobile test architecture, test data handling, and environment stability.

Perform root-cause analysis of defects, with a focus on complex mobile-specific issues (state, network conditions, device fragmentation).

Participate in code reviews for both application and test code, ensuring maintainability and scalability.

Support release cycles with clear quality signals, including mobile-specific metrics (crash-free rate, test stability, coverage).

Typical Requirements

Experience

4+ years of hands-on experience in QA with a strong focus on automation.

Proven experience in mobile test automation (iOS/Android).

Experience working with applications built on Flutter is highly desirable.

Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and quality engineering principles.

Technical Test Automation Skills

Strong expertise in mobile automation frameworks:

Appium / WebdriverIO (mobile) / Detox / Espresso / XCUITest or similar.

Experience testing Flutter applications, including understanding of widget-based UI and common testing challenges.

Strong knowledge of UI automation (Playwright / Selenium / Cypress is a plus, but not primary).

Hands-on experience in API testing:

Postman / Newman / REST Assured or similar tools.

Proficiency in at least one programming language:

Python / Java / JavaScript / TypeScript.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile testing:

Requirements:

• 5-plus-year of successful proven experience with Facebook/Google/ In-app in the iGaming (Gambling&Betting);
• Successful proven experience Head of media buying 3 year plus;
• Managing more than 25 + person at team;
• Ability to effectively manage large advertising Budgets (from $1,000,000 per month)
• Availability of successful cases in the gambling niche in the CIS/Latam markets
• Deep understanding of basic metrics of the Conversion Rate and Unity Economy (ROI, NGR, GGR, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, etc.);
• Experience in working with Antidetect Browser and Tracking Systems;
• A high-level understanding of how the major advertising Facebook / Google / In-app platforms (placements, auto-rules, launch methods);
• Ability to moderate creatives and links on the previously mentioned platforms;
• Ability to work independently with cloaking and filtration systems (Adspect, Palladium, Im Klo, HideClick, Keitaro, Android/IOS apps, PWA apps, etc.);

Responsibilities:

• Management and build team;
• Individual purchase of traffic at the initial stages, further training of your buyers;
• Regularly building Marketing Hypotheses and conducting A/B tests to generate new profitable approaches to traffic generation;
• Setting the Terms of Reference for the necessary promotional materials;
• Competent budget management;
• Together with the team, the formation of media strategies, calculation of the KPI funnel;

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Platform Modernization to lead development efforts focused on improving system scalability, modernizing backend services, and enhancing infrastructure and data systems within a high-scale, event-driven architecture.

The platform is built on a robust event-driven design and already supports scalable real-time processing and analytics. The goal of this role is to further expand its capabilities to meet growing technical and business demands.

As a senior member of the engineering team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the platform by driving architectural improvements, increasing system reliability, and optimizing performance across core services. Your work will have a direct impact on the scalability, stability, and efficiency of mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities
 

• Develop and maintain modular, containerized microservices using .NET Core within a distributed architecture.
• Implement event-driven communication and streaming data flows using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and MassTransit.

• Own the full development lifecycle — from requirements analysis and system design to implementation, testing, and production deployment.
• Design, build, and scale backend services, primarily using Ruby on Rails and Python.
• Develop and optimize frontend solutions using Vanilla JavaScript (ES6), CSS, and modern frameworks such as React and Vue.
• Ensure high performance of user interfaces, focusing on Core Web Vitals and overall responsiveness.
