🌀 Malva is an early-stage B2B SaaS startup building a Sales Execution Platform that helps revenue teams improve sales execution, CRM discipline, and forecasting.

We help sales teams focus on the right deals, execute consistently every day, and eliminate the burden of manual CRM updates.

🔍 We’re looking for a B2B Content Marketing Specialist (LinkedIn & X) who will work closely with the founder and become an active part of the Malva team.

This is not a freelance, task-by-task role with scheduled posts. We need someone who can understand the product, our customers, and the sales problems we solve - and consistently turn that knowledge into content that creates qualified leads and conversations.

Your Main Goal

Use founder-led and company content to generate interest, conversations, and qualified leads among our primary US audience:

• Heads, VPs of Sales, Sales Directors and CROs;
• leaders of B2B sales teams with 5+ sales reps;
• companies using Salesforce or HubSpot.

Brand awareness and reach matter, but they are secondary to attracting the right audience and supporting customer acquisition.

Working Model

• Part-time: 4 hours every business day
• Consistent daily involvement rather than deadline-only freelance work
• Remote, hybrid, or office-based in Lviv
• 15-minute daily status sync
• Direct collaboration with the founder and product team
• Content plan prepared 2 weeks in advance, reviewed and approved before publication

Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy and calendar for the founder and Malva accounts on LinkedIn and X
• Create English text, visual, and video content from product updates, customer interviews, and founder ideas
• Produce demand-generation content for US B2B sales leaders using strong hooks, offers, lead magnets, and CTAs
• Adapt and distribute core ideas across platforms while engaging with the relevant audience
• Test content formats and track ICP engagement, inbound conversations, and qualified leads
• Stay up to date with B2B SaaS, AI, SalesTech, and startup trends

Expected Content Cadence

The weekly output will generally include:

• Founder LinkedIn: 3–4 posts
• Malva LinkedIn: 2 posts
• Founder X: 3–4 posts
• Malva X: 2 posts
• Video scripts according to the agreed content plan
  
  Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, founder-led content, or demand generation
• Proven ability to create content that generates qualified engagement, inbound conversations, or leads -not just reach
• Strong copywriting skills: hooks, positioning, offers, CTAs, and lead magnets
• Ability to turn ICP pain points, product value, and founder insights into compelling LinkedIn and X content
• Ability to simplify complex B2B SaaS ideas and write concise video scripts
• Strong written English and the ability to produce natural, publication-ready copy
• Proactive and reliable working style with thoughtful use of AI tools

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, SalesTech, CRM, RevOps, or GTM products
• Experience building founder brands
• Experience generating leads or sales conversations through organic content
• Experience creating downloadable guides, checklists, templates, or other lead magnets

What Success Looks Like

During your first three months, you will help us:

• Build a repeatable content system focused on reaching US B2B sales leaders
• Test content, lead magnets, hooks, and offers that generate demand for Malva
• Turn relevant ICP engagement into qualified conversations, pilot interest, and leads
• Identify which topics and formats convert best, then scale what works

We’re looking for a Technical (Python) Support Engineer to keep our production applications stable and fast during weekend shifts. You’ll handle incident triage, bug fixes, and small improvements while collaborating with the core team when escalation is needed.

Shift on Weekdays (From Monday to Friday) 15:00-23:00 (GMT +3)
 

What you’ll do

• Maintain and troubleshoot Python/Django web applications
• Debug and optimize database performance (PostgreSQL)
• Operate core AWS services (EC2, S3)
• Diagnose issues with cross-functional teams and implement quick fixes
• Keep code changes clean, documented, and secure
• Handle end-user requests and provide technical assistance
   

What we’re looking for:

• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Experience: 6+ months with Python & Django OR no commercial experience but:
  • Completed relevant courses/bootcamps (Python, Django, Databases, AWS)
  • Strong fundamentals (data types, HTTP/REST, Git, basic Linux, debugging)
  • Hands-on projects (pet projects, labs, internships) — GitHub links welcome
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (or another relational DB)
• Basic familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3)
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Clear communicator; comfortable working independently and in a team
