We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our R&D team.
This role is designed for a specialist with strong expertise in SMM, mobile app marketing, and influencer marketing, who also understands how to work effectively with limited budgets.

You will help scale products, develop communication strategies, manage digital campaigns, and explore new channels for user acquisition.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive product growth.
• Create and manage SMM strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms — including content planning, format optimization, and audience engagement tactics.
• Plan and launch paid campaigns, effectively managing budgets and optimizing ROI across multiple channels.
• Lead mobile app marketing initiatives, including ASO (App Store Optimization): optimizing app visibility, improving ratings, managing reviews, and boosting organic discovery.
• Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns — from identifying potential partners to negotiating collaborations and tracking performance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop content and formats that resonate with our target audience.
• Stay up to date on digital trends and identify new opportunities to improve performance and growth.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, SMM, or product marketing.
• Hands-on experience in mobile app promotion and ASO strategies.
• Strong track record in influencer marketing: outreach, negotiations, and ongoing partnership management.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to manage small to mid-sized budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency B2+ (both written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Tier 1 markets (US & Europe).
• Previous experience in small-scale products, startups, or R&D environments.
• Understanding of growth marketing principles and performance funnels.
• Established network within influencer and creator communities.
