Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

A promising iGaming project operating for over a year is actively hiring new talent

Expanding across Asia, MENA & Africa - and we’re looking for Affiliate managers who know their local markets and can drive real affiliate growth.

Responsibilities:

• Active partner sourcing, negotiation, account management and scaling
• Partner performance analysis via PowerBI, tracking growth/decline trends, identifying growth opportunities and ability to recover underperforming partners
• Managing Fix/CPA deals, negotiating and securing favorable terms
• Monitoring contract compliance and traffic quality control
• Briefing content and design tasks. Managing promotional materials

• Meeting deadlines on assigned tasks

   

Requirements:

• Proactivity, ambition, and ability to work independently.
• 2+ years of experience in the affiliate industry within iGaming / Gambling.
• Active/live base of webmasters.
• English - B2

• Russian - C1

   

Conditions:

• Remote work.
• Fixed salary + bonus (discussed individually).
