ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior SDET to lead the design of automated test frameworks and testing strategy for a large-scale distributed data platform. RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, including pytest, with deep understanding of OOP, software design principles, and test framework architecture.
• SQL & Data: Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of relational and analytical data systems, including query execution internals.
• Data-intensive testing experience: Demonstrated experience testing data-intensive systems — query engines, ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming platforms, or analytical databases. Candidates with only web/UI QA backgrounds are not a fit.
• Testing experience: 5+ years in backend/system test automation, with demonstrated ownership of test strategy and infrastructure.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Solid experience architecting and maintaining Jenkins pipelines and test environments.
• Containers & Orchestration: Strong working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (running workloads, debugging pods, deploying complex environments).

About the Role

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to own the technical direction and delivery of projects across a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.

This role bridges client needs and engineering execution. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for building and owning the company's automated quality strategy from the ground up. About the Role

We're looking for a junior .NET backend engineer who wants to work on real backend features — not greenfield toys. You'll help maintain an established .NET website while migrating services to ASP.NET Core 8, with APIs that power member profiles, directories, events, and authentication flows used every day — running on the Azure estate behind a live member platform mid-migration.

Why This Role Exists

Impactable currently runs on an inbound-only sales model with no dedicated owner of the marketing engine (paid, organic, web) and no one driving outbound pipeline or pricing confidence. This role combines both gaps into one function: build and own the demand generation engine, and build the outbound/business development motion that gets the company pricing and positioning itself as a premium provider rather than under-selling its capabilities.

This is a build-and-own role, not a caretaker role — the person will be establishing the marketing motion and BD process largely from scratch.

What You'll Own

Marketing Engine (Demand Generation)

• Own paid, organic, and web strategy end-to-end
• Build efficient, repeatable pipeline generation to support the current inbound sales model
• Coordinate with channel teams (LinkedIn, Paid Search, Programmatic, Content) to align marketing output with sales-ready pipeline needs
• Partner with the content team (including the DemandSense "brand engine" initiative) to ensure marketing assets and thought leadership support both channels

Business Development & Outbound

• Design and stand up an outbound motion targeting high-tier accounts
• Work closely with Faith (inbound sales) and pod leaders to ensure consistent, confident positioning and pricing across all deals
• Support a more premium go-to-market posture — pricing and packaging that reflects Impactable's actual capabilities

Cross-Functional
