About the company

Our Media Department is focused on building and expanding a global network of digital media partners. We are currently looking for a Media Acquisition Specialist who will help scale our partner network and strengthen the company’s presence in global markets.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or PR
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (strong spoken and written English for negotiations, calls, and daily communication with international partners)
• Experience in outreach, link building, lead generation, partnerships, or sales is a plus
• Basic understanding of SEO (links, website metrics, domain quality)
• Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Similarweb, Semrush, or similar is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas is a plus)
• Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
• Interest and experience in AI and low-code tools for scripting, implementing solutions in workflows, and process automation

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and attracting new media partners worldwide
• Expanding the media inventory on the platform across different GEOs, topics, and languages
• Personalized communication with publishers via email, LinkedIn, messengers, and calls
• Conducting negotiations and agreeing on favorable partnership terms
• Maintaining up-to-date commercial conditions and partner database
• Working with large datasets: website lists, segmentation, and filtering
• Preparing and launching outreach campaigns / cold email sequences
• Handling inbound responses and supporting new partners through the onboarding process
• Creating media profiles and maintaining a high-quality catalog
• Preparing reports and analyzing personal performance
• Collaborating with Sales and Media Success teams to ensure high-quality client service

We are looking for an Event Manager who will help us build and lead the internal events function that strengthens employee engagement and shapes company culture across a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the annual events calendar for a global team — corporate parties, team buildings, strategic sessions, and social initiatives — aligned with company culture, brand identity, and business objectives
• Full-cycle event management: from concept and venue selection to on-site execution, including timelines, run-of-show documents, AV coordination, and logistics
• Budget ownership: annual planning, expense tracking per event, cost reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Vendor and supplier management: contract negotiation, sourcing, and maintaining a preferred vendor network across regions
• Build a metrics framework from scratch and deliver structured post-event impact reports with insights and recommendations
• Coordinate with local teams, regional stakeholders, and external contractors across all key locations to ensure consistent quality
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, templates, and best practices to build a scalable foundation for the growing function

• Stay current on industry trends and continuously improve event formats and experiences

   

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate event planning and management
• Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale international events (500+ attendees)
• Hands-on experience managing event budgets and financial reporting
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Ability to operate both at a strategic level and in hands-on execution
• English Upper-Intermediate+

• Willingness to travel regularly across multiple regions

   

Will be a plus:

• Experience in technology or fintech environments
• Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event production
• Understanding of international events and cross-cultural considerations
• Background in experiential marketing or brand activation

• Familiarity with sustainability practices in event management
