About the Role

We are looking for a Sports Retention Specialist (Middle) to own player retention for our sportsbook product through loyalty programs, gamification, and event-driven campaigns.

This is a fully hands-on role. You'll be responsible for designing campaign mechanics, building them in the CRM platform, launching, analyzing results, and continuously improving performance.

Initially, there won't be a dedicated Team Lead for this direction, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, setting priorities based on the sports calendar, retention metrics, and data insights. Responsibilities

Loyalty Program

• Own and develop the sportsbook loyalty program.
• Design loyalty mechanics, levels, rewards, and progression.
• Analyze program performance and implement improvements based on data.

Gamification

• Design and launch gamification mechanics in Smartico (missions, tournaments, achievements, leaderboards).

The role

We are looking for a senior, hands on General Marketing Manager to establish and run the Marketing function.
