Strategy & media planning

Build and update performance strategy across Meta and Google. Own media plans with forecasted budget, reach, CPC/CPA, ROMI, and revenue contribution.

Campaign launch & optimisation

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help us grow our R&D department.

What you will do:

• Lead the development of new products and tech research from start to finish.
• Take over right after we get a grant: track all requirements and manage the budget closely.
• Coordinate project teams during work (directly or through team leaders) without micromanagement.
• Plan tasks, track progress, and keep project boards clean and organized.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience, including 3+ years working with Node.js and TypeScript;
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, software design principles, and backend architecture;
• Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis);
• Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka;
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments;
• Strong SQL skills and experience in query optimization;
• Experience with REST API design and API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI);
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana);
• Solid experience writing unit and integration tests;
• Basic Linux administration and troubleshooting skills;
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows;
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines;
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance backend solutions;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level;
• Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript;
• Implement software components according to technical and business requirements;
• Participate in system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization;
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality;
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making;
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to maintaining high engineering standards;
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders;
