We are looking for a Retention Manager with hands-on experience working specifically with VIP players in Tier-1 GEOs to join our iGaming product focused on the Australian market.

The main focus of this role is VIP Retention. You will be responsible for understanding VIP player behaviour, developing personalized retention strategies and promotional mechanics, identifying growth opportunities, and driving player engagement, retention, and LTV.

This is not a direct VIP Account Management role. You will not be responsible for communicating with VIP players directly — this is handled by our VIP Account Manager. Your focus will be on VIP retention strategy, CRM mechanics, promotions, segmentation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Segment the customer base and develop retention and remarketing strategies for VIP players.
• Plan and manage CRM calendars and promotional activities.
• Develop personalized bonus and retention mechanics for the VIP segment.
• Plan and launch email campaigns and other CRM communications.
• Prepare technical briefs for designers and copywriters.
• Conduct A/B tests of CRM campaigns, promotions, and communication mechanics.
• Analyze VIP player behaviour and the performance of retention activities.
• Monitor key metrics, including Retention Rate, Churn Rate, GGR, NGR, and LTV.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop hypotheses to increase VIP engagement and retention.
• Prepare regular reports and actionable recommendations for CRM optimization.
• Analyze existing campaigns and continuously improve retention mechanics.
• Work closely with VIP Account Management, CRM, Analytics, Marketing, Design, and Content teams.
• Own projects end-to-end, from defining the objective and hypothesis to launch, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Leverage AI tools and chatbots to improve CRM processes and campaign efficiency.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Retention / CRM, preferably within iGaming or betting.
• Proven hands-on experience working with VIP players in Tier-1 GEOs.
• Strong understanding of VIP player behaviour and retention strategies.

Що ти будеш робити:
• Надавати підтримку VIP-гравцям через Live Chat та email;
• Забезпечувати пріоритетне обслуговування VIP-клієнтів з мінімальним часом очікування;
• Відповідати на запитання щодо ігор, бонусів, акцій, платежів та технічних питань;
• Обробляти скарги та конфліктні ситуації з максимальною дипломатичністю;
• Консультувати з правил та умов промо-акцій, турнірів, програми лояльності;
• Нараховувати персональні бонуси, фріспіни, кешбек.

Що тобі знадобиться для цього:
• Досвід роботи з клієнтами від 1 року (Vip Success Manager/Vip Support Manager) в сфері IGaming;
• Володіння англійською на рівні від В2;
• Знання методів депозиту: банківські карти, e-wallet (Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter), криптовалюти, банківські перекази;
• Високий рівень комунікативних навичок із вмінням вибудовувати довірливі відносини з VIP-клієнтами, ефективно вирішувати складні запити та забезпечувати персоналізований сервіс;
• Навички роботи з CRM-системами - Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom;
• Готовність працювати на нічних змінах (4-6 за місяць).

Middle Developer

Role Description

We are looking for a Middle Software Developer to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of innovative products and technologies. In this role, you will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from researching and validating new ideas to implementing, testing, and supporting production-ready solutions.

The ideal candidate is capable of independently delivering medium-complexity features, taking ownership of their work, and proactively proposing improvements to products and development processes. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to transform business and technical requirements into reliable software solutions.

This position requires a strong engineering mindset, a passion for learning new technologies, and the ability to rapidly build prototypes and proof-of-concepts using modern development tools, including AI-assisted technologies.
