👤 Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a tech-savvy, calm, and analytical DevOps Engineer who is genuinely interested in building solid, sustainable processes rather than just "putting out fires."

🛠️ Technical Stack (3+ years of experience required):

• Orchestration & Management: Kubernetes, Helm ☸️
• IaC & CaC: Terraform (AWS), Ansible 🤖
• CI/CD: Jenkins (strong Groovy knowledge is a must), GitLab CI/CD 🏗️
• Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK stack 📊
• Core Systems: Advanced Linux administration, Bash, Python 🐍🐧
• Networking & Security: IP networking, routing, VPNs, DNS, Load Balancing, Cloudflare 🌐🔒
   

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to optimize development, staging, and testing environments.
• Manage, scale, and enhance our AWS cloud infrastructure and ecosystem components.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust build, deployment, and configuration management processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues, performing root-cause analysis.
• Build and maintain reliable automation tools for infrastructure provisioning and continuous integration.
• Ensure the high availability, scalability, and ultimate stability of all system environments.
• Monitor system metrics, predict capacity issues, and proactively identify areas for architectural improvement.
• Establish, maintain, and monitor configuration and security standards across the ecosystem.
• Maintain comprehensive, clear, and up-to-date project and infrastructure documentation.
   

🎯 Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in the FinTech domain (understanding financial security compliance is a plus).
• Experience with on-premises-like infrastructures and virtualized environments.
• Hands-on experience with alternative cloud/VPS providers (e.g., BitLaunch).
• Relevant DevOps certifications (AWS, CKA/CKAD, etc.).
