About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned engineer who bridges deep cloud infrastructure expertise with a security-first mindset. Your goal is to embed security into every stage of the development lifecycle — not bolt it on at the end.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Architect and maintain fault-tolerant infrastructure across AWS and Azure using Terraform, with a focus on modular design and immutable infrastructure principles
• Implement automated IaC policy checks (Checkov, Tfsec, OPA/Rego) to surface misconfigurations as early as the code review stage

• Centralize application, container, and infrastructure log delivery into SIEM systems to enable real-time threat detection
• Act as a bridge between Security and Engineering — delivering developer-friendly remediation guidance and maintaining reusable secure-by-default templates (Terraform modules, Helm charts)

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in Cloud Operations, DevOps, or DevSecOps with hands-on production experience across both AWS and Azure
• Proven track record of building and securing CI/CD pipelines at scale
• Strong proficiency with Terraform (modular architecture), and familiarity with Bicep or CloudFormation
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner role, ideally within the technology or professional services industry.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related topics, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
• Support business leaders in building and maintaining high-performing teams.
• Conduct employee check-ins and exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate employee data and records.
• Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Onboarding – manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
• Offboarding – facilitate the offboarding process.
• Support the performance review cycle, helping managers and employees with goal setting, feedback delivery, and performance improvement plans.
• Help to identify training and development needs across the organization and support the coordination of relevant programs.
• Design and support initiatives that foster employee engagement, motivation, and well-being.
• Act as a culture ambassador, driving employee engagement and internal brand awareness.
• Conduct periodic Talent Assessments to evaluate workforce potential and succession readiness.
• Advise leaders on strategies to retain and develop top talent within the company.

Job Description

As a 3D Graphics programmer you will work on rendering tech that drives Ubisoft's graphics engines.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, upgrade and maintain run-time rendering and graphics pipeline code for our games;
• Own, upgrade and maintain our rendering tools, pipeline and related code in our proprietary game engine;
• Write clear, maintainable, portable, C++ code;
• Profile game performance to assess and find rendering bottlenecks and improve overall performance;
• Work together with other international Ubisoft studios;
• Collaborate with GPU and console vendors.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of at least one graphics API (DiretX11-12/Vulkan/OpenGL4+, etc);
• Knowledge of modern rendering techniques;
• Advanced level of C++ and OOP\OOD;
• Experience with multithreading and memory management;
• Strong knowledge of 3D math;
• Understanding of GPU architecture and CPU/GPU communication;
• Intermediate level of English.
