We're looking for a Senior Unity engineer to help build the client-side infrastructure of our training platform. This is not just one-off application work. You will build the client foundation that powers VR training simulations today, and additional client targets over time, connecting it to our server according to a defined client-server architecture. The role demands strong application architecture, on-device services, and performance optimization skills.

The Role

This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on building and evolving key components of our platform's client-side architecture. You will build client infrastructure against a defined server-client architecture in which the server owns authoritative simulation state and logic, connecting the client to the server per spec and reflecting server-owned behavior faithfully on the device.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive key components of the Unity VR client architecture so they generalize across training simulations and, over time, additional client targets, rather than serving a single application.
• Build client-side infrastructure that connects to the server according to defined contracts and reflects server-owned state and behavior on the device.
• Co-design the client-server API with the backend, defining the data contracts.
• Develop tooling that supports content creators and other developers working on the platform.
• Use AI coding assistants as part of day-to-day development, and build and maintain the pipelines and validation that make their output reliable.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions and manage technical priorities effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional Unity and C# experience, ideally 5+ years, with a track record of shipping complex applications or products.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience architecting and refactoring large-scale Unity projects.
• Direct experience building for VR, in particular Meta Quest.
• A track record of building generic, reusable infrastructure and frameworks, not just one-off features.
• Comfort working within a defined client-server architecture and with established API contracts.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset suited for the dynamic and evolving environment of an early-stage startup.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, with experience working effectively in a remote, culturally diverse team.

About Us
Mamma Mia Covers is a US–Canada DTC company in the Home & Living segment and the exclusive distributor of the Italian brand PAULATO by GA.I.CO in the US and Canada. Since 2018, we've built a recognizable brand in the slipcover category — patented product, two sales channels: Shopify (DTC website) and Amazon US. We're expanding into new product lines, new categories, and a growing volume of visual content. Content is one of our core sales drivers, and we're looking for someone to join our design team and help generate visuals end to end.

The Role
This is a hands-on production role with real ownership. You'll work closely with our design team to create product visuals using AI generation tools, then bring them to commercial quality in Photoshop and Figma. You'll take a visual from idea to final, publish-ready asset — from AI generation through retouching, color correction, and layout.

What You'll Do

AI-Assisted Content Creation

• Generate product visuals in different angles, interiors, and use-case scenes
• Create hero images, lifestyle content, and visuals for infographics
• Edit generated images: swap backgrounds, textures, and individual objects
• Locally edit specific areas of an image while keeping the rest of the scene intact (inpainting)
• Build sets of the same product in different colors and formats
• Test different generation approaches and pick the strongest result
• Upscale and prepare images at the resolution needed

Post-Production

• Retouching and fixing AI artifacts
• Color correction of the product against real photos and approved color swatches
• Adjust shape, proportions, perspective, lighting, and shadows for a natural result
• Recolor the product into collection colors while keeping texture, folds, and light consistent 
• Realistically add people, pets, or objects into finished scenes 
• Combining generations, photos, and 3D renders into one finished image 
• Preparing final images for the website, ads, and marketplaces

Graphic Design

• Building infographics, product cards, and comparison layouts in Figma
• Assembling layouts from generated, retouched, or 3D visuals
• Adapting layouts across different formats, platforms, and sizes
• Working within our existing visual style and brand guidelines

Task & Team Work

• Working from briefs, references, and product requirements
• Preparing a couple of options when a task calls for choosing a direction
• Revising work based on internal review feedback
• Tracking tasks, deadlines, and status updates in Asana

What We're Looking For
 Must have

• 1+ year of relevant experience (design, retouching, AI-generated content, or similar) — commercial, in-house, or strong freelance projects
• Practical experience generating and editing images with AI tools, including prompt writing and image-to-image / inpainting workflows
• Confident working knowledge of Photoshop: layers, masks, retouching, and color correction
• Comfortable working in Figma — able to assemble infographics and product layouts independently
• A portfolio with relevant examples, and the ability to explain your contribution and process
• Intermediate+ English — enough to work with interfaces, prompts, and technical documentation
• Willingness to complete a short test task close to real team work

Nice to have

• Any experience with video generation, motion design, or ComfyUI
• Any exposure to 3D (Blender)
• Understanding of fabrics, materials, and realistic texture rendering
• Experience with packaging, labels, instructions, or other printed materials

About the job:
It is a part of EveryMatrix platform that is responsible for collecting, storing, processing and utilizing hundreds of millions of transactions from the whole platform every single day. We develop Business Intelligent solutions, reports, 3rd party integrations, data streaming and other products for both external and internal use. • We are looking for a strong Java-focused SDET who is comfortable working close to the application code. Not only a test writer, but someone who can design and extend automation infrastructure. Able to understand how another application consumes the SDK / DevKit and convert those flows into stable integration tests.
  
  Comfortable debugging complex Java behavior, reading production code, and discussing implementation details with developers.
  
  Strong enough technically to help choose and implement the right Swing UI automation approach.

   

• Responsibilities:

  - Design, implement, and maintain Java-based integration tests for a geoscience data management application.
  - Simulate real product usage through the application's SDK / DevKit layer.
  - Analyze SDK-level calls from consuming applications and convert them into automated integration test scenarios.
  - Create and maintain unit tests using JUnit and related Java testing tools.
