    With teams distributed across multiple countries, the organization is entering a new phase of growth and is now seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and strong leadership to its evolving technology landscape.

     

    About the Role

    This is a newly created position designed to introduce order, efficiency, and consistency across all development activities. Due to rapid growth and increasing project complexity, the current IT setup requires stronger coordination, standardized processes, and clearer ownership.

    The IT Project Manager will play a central, strategic role, acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. This individual will not only manage complex projects but will also define workflows, establish team structures, and implement scalable standards across all technology initiativesβ€”ensuring delivery quality, compliance, and long-term sustainability.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, manage, and prioritize multiple concurrent development projects across both crypto and educational platforms
    • Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements and actionable delivery plans
    • Establish and maintain structured documentation, project roadmaps, timelines, sprints, and forecasting models
    • Identify, track, and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in collaboration with QA and DevOps teams
    • Bring structure and oversight to the IT department, including workflows, communication channels, and task delegation
    • Ensure compliance with corporate data governance, security, and privacy regulations across all development processes
    • Monitor emerging AI trends, assess relevance, and propose practical implementations where beneficial
    • Act as a cross-functional liaison, ensuring alignment between product, content, marketing, and technology teams
    • Track team performance and manage internal and external developer assignments, timelines, and budgets

     

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in a FinTech, EdTech, SaaS, or comparable technology-driven environment
    • Strong technical foundation with a working understanding of common programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PHP), system architecture, APIs, databases, and DevOps principles
    • Proven experience working with distributed international teams and managing outsourced developers or external tech partners
    • Ability to coordinate bug testing, oversee fixes, and document outcomes clearly and systematically
    • Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on deadlines, milestones, and delivery quality
    • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp)
    • Strong awareness of AI trends and their practical applications within business operations and user experience
    • Solid understanding of data privacy, GDPR, and corporate-level security standards
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders

    As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Fluix, you will own and manage a diverse customer portfolio, ranging from smaller-scale teams to large enterprise accounts.     What you will do:
    Onboarding & Adoption

    • Lead onboarding processes for new customers of varying sizes, ensuring smooth implementation and strong early adoption. Create scalable approaches that help teams quickly realize value.
    • Act as the trusted advisor for your accounts, engaging with stakeholders at different levels across organizations. Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer goals, challenges, and success criteria.

    Account Growth & Retention

    • Own renewal negotiations directly, collaborating with your manager on strategy but taking responsibility for execution. Actively monitor account health to prevent churn and maintain strong retention rates.

    Internal Focus & Leadership

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to get stakeholders' buy-in at multiple levels.
    • Track record in functional and informal leadership will be an advantage.
    • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
