We are looking for a Middle Product Owner to join our Chat Stream. This role is focused on delivery ownership and process excellence in a cross-functional, scaled Agile environment.
This is a new role format for our tech vertical, which makes it a unique opportunity to not only manage backlog and delivery, but also to shape and improve how product teams collaborate and deliver value at scale.
In this role, you will bring structure, clarity, and predictability to the teamβs work, ensuring that sprint execution, stakeholder expectations, and business goals are fully aligned.
Your impactAs a Product Owner, you will:
- Own and manage the product backlog: prioritize, refine, and ensure it is always ready for sprint execution.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
- Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Refinements).

About you
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in cross-functional product teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and LeSS.
- Hands-on experience with backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of product discovery, user story mapping, and prioritization techniques (MoSCoW, WSJF, RICE).
- Ability to define and clearly communicate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
