    About Behavox

Behavox is a cloud-native AI company providing an integrated controls platform for global banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance businesses, and commodity firms. The platform unifies communications and trade surveillance, compliant archiving, policy management as well as front-office analytics on a single, AI-native technology stack, delivered as a globally scalable SaaS-based cloud service.

At Behavox, our engineering culture is built around speed, experimentation, and technical excellence, following agile principles and rapid iteration. We constantly test and adopt the latest cloud technologies and AI tooling, optimising for fast feedback loops and execution. We look for people who can move fast, challenge conventional wisdom, and who want to work at the frontier of modern AI, SaaS platforms, and distributed systems.

Behavox is a high-performance organisation with a strong bias toward delivery, ownership, and responsibility. We commit, and we execute. We are building systems that are complex, mission-critical, and global in scale; systems that many consider too large or too difficult. To do that, we seek the smartest, most technically capable engineers and technologists who take end-to-end responsibility and want to win by building what others cannot.

Founded in 2014 and backed by SoftBank Vision Fund, Behavox is headquartered in London, with offices worldwide, including New York City, Montreal, Seattle, Singapore, and Tokyo.

    About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner 3 is responsible for independently executing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within software technology companies, with a primary focus on hiring talent for our Ukraine technical hub. The role owns full-cycle hiring activities from intake through offer, ensuring open positions are filled with qualified candidates aligned to defined role requirements and local market conditions.

This position operates with defined ownership over assigned regional requisitions, partnering closely with Hiring Managers to translate business and delivery needs into clear hiring requirements and executable recruitment plans. The role manages candidate pipelines, interview execution, and hiring decisions within established frameworks, applying local market knowledge to support effective sourcing and assessment.

The role’s business impact is reflected in timely, reliable hiring that enables engineering and technology teams within the Ukraine technical hub to meet delivery commitments and maintain operational continuity. Consistent execution, accurate candidate evaluation, and strong Hiring Manager partnership reduce hiring delays, mitigate regional talent risks, and ensure staffing needs are met in line with business priorities.

    What You'll Bring

    1. End-to-end recruitment lifecycle knowledge – Understanding of requisition intake, sourcing, assessment, offer, and close processes as applied in software technology hiring.
    2. Ukraine technical hub talent market knowledge – Knowledge of local talent pools, role availability, and hiring dynamics relevant to technical hiring for the Ukraine technical hub.
    3. Hiring Manager requirement definition – Knowledge of how to elicit, document, and validate role expectations, success criteria, and interview focus areas with Hiring Managers.
    4. Interview and selection practices – Knowledge of structured interview approaches, assessment criteria, and consistent candidate evaluation methods.
    5. Recruitment compliance and data handling – Knowledge of applicable hiring policies, data privacy requirements, and documentation standards relevant to regional hiring.

    What You'll Do

    1. Full-cycle regional requisition execution – Owns and delivers hiring workflows for roles within the Ukraine technical hub from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
    2. Hiring Manager partnership – Works directly with Hiring Managers to align on technical requirements, candidate profiles, and interview timelines for hub-specific hiring needs.
    3. Technical candidate sourcing – Actively sources and screens technical candidates aligned to the Ukraine technical hub talent market to maintain qualified pipelines.
    4. Interview process execution – Coordinates interviews, collects structured feedback, and advances candidates based on agreed evaluation criteria.
    5. Recruitment system utilization – Accurately maintains applicant tracking system records, candidate status updates, and hiring documentation to support regional reporting and compliance.

    What We Offer & Expect

    1. The opportunity to work on a global, mission-critical AI platform alongside the best engineers and technologists across multiple geographies.
    2. A role with real ownership and impact, building complex systems at scale in an environment that values speed, experimentation, and technical excellence.
    3. A highly attractive benefits package, including competitive cash compensation, an equity award aligned with long-term value creation, and comprehensive health insurance for employees and their families.
    4. A modern, comfortable office in central Lviv, with an expectation of working from the office three (3) days per week, reflecting our belief in strong in-person collaboration, while remaining flexible to accommodate occasional personal circumstances that may require working from home.
    5. A generous time-off policy of 30 days annually, plus public holidays and sick leave, recognising the importance of sustained high performance.

    About Our Process

Our selection process is designed to rigorously assess a candidate’s depth of technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Behavox’s mission and core values.

As part of the process, candidates will first participate in a series of interviews focused on evaluating their technical expertise and engineering judgment. Candidates who successfully progress through these interviews will then be invited to complete a live technical exercise with a group of Behavox engineers and engineering managers. The purpose of this live technical assessment is to validate the candidate’s stated technical competencies and assess their ability to solve complex problems with speed, accuracy, and sound engineering judgment. Note that whenever possible, we aim to conduct interviews in person at our offices.

We recognise and respect the time candidates invest in this process. In return, Behavox commits significant time and resources to ensure that those who join us have the capability, judgment, and alignment required to operate at the speed and level of complexity our work demands. We value efficiency and clarity on both sides; if at any point we determine that a candidate is not a fit, we reserve the right to immediately conclude the interview or the technical assessment.

    Please note the following:

    • A core objective of the process is to objectively assess individual knowledge and competencies. The use of AI tools or external assistance during live interviews or technical exercises is strictly prohibited (unless explicitly instructed otherwise) and will result in immediate disqualification.
    • Interviews and technical sessions may be recorded for internal review to support fairness, consistency, and collaborative decision-making within the hiring team.

Position: Lead Video Editor & Visual Director (Long Form Documentary)

Salary: $1,000 – $3,000+ per month (Based performance bonuses and profit sharing)

Next Gen Lab is looking for a Lead Editor/Visual Director to join the team behind Pulse Docsβ€”an exciting new animation channel on American YouTube.

About the Project: Pulse Docs creates exciting mini-documentaries and docu-dramas focused on crime, guns, prison escapes, and geopolitical facts. Our goal is to build one of the premier animated channels of 2026.

    Key Goals:

    • 3-4 Videos Produced Per Month
    • 1 Million Views Per Month
    • 200,000 Subscribers

Here is an example of our work: https://f.io/r3vLJSDA

    What You'll Do:

You will own the visual pipeline. You aren't just cutting clips; you are the visual director deciding how the script comes to life. You will work directly with our 3D animators to assemble the final cut.

    • Visual Storyboarding & Direction: Before animation begins, you will work directly with me and our writers to break down the script and design the scenes using static images/style frames. You will dictate the camera angles and visual flow for the animators.
    • Asset Allocation: You will help make the creative decision on what the viewer sees. You decide when to use a 3D animated scene, when to utilize kinetic motion graphics (maps, documents), and when to use grit-style archival footage.
    • End-to-End Editing: Assemble the final 20-30 minute cuts. This includes pacing, transitions, and ensuring the narrative flows logically.
    • 2D Motion Graphics Integration: You need to be self-sufficient in After Effects for supporting visuals. You will handle "Newspaper Highlight" effects, map animations, and dynamic text overlays without needing to ask the 3D team for help.
    • Technical Workflow & Asset Management: You will handle massive project files for 20-30 minute documentaries. You must maintain impeccable bin structures and utilize proxy workflows to ensure the project never crashes and assets are never lost.
    • Cinematic Polish: Apply color grading, film grain, and guide our animators in lighting effects, and "camera shake" to give the 3D models a grounded, cinematic documentary feel.
    • Sound Design & Scoring: you will work with our sound designer to finalize the video to create emotion.
    • Quality Control & Project Management: Oversee the animators' output, handle revisions, and ensure the final export meets our high quality standards.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Expert Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
    • Visual Storytelling Experience: A showreel demonstrating documentary-style editing, strong pacing, and creative B-roll usage.
    • Director’s Eye: Ability to visualize a script and communicate that vision to animators via rough static storyboards or shot lists.
    • Bonus Skill: Blender Knowledge. (Ability to open project files, tweak camera movements, or adjust lighting is a massive plus but not a requirement).
    • Attention to Detail: You are the last line of defense for visual errors or continuity issues.
    • Familiarity with the Genre: Understanding the editing styles of channels like Fern, Lemmino, Thinker or Cipher.
    • Big bonus if you have worked on any of those channels or similar ones.

    What We Offer:

πŸ‘ Remote work with a flexible schedule.

πŸ‘ Bonuses for viral videos, hitting key production metrics, and creative initiative.

πŸ‘ Growth opportunities to become a Channel Director with a multi-million audience.

πŸ‘ Profit sharing opportunities for to earn part of the profits we generate
