Skills we are looking for     

• 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Certifications in Scrum (CSPO, PSPO), Agile methodologies, or Product Management (e.g., Reforge) are a plus.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent service across our tech team.
 

Project 1 You will be working with a SAAS project troubleshooting software issues. Your job will be to take emails, calls and possibly chats regarding the issues/questions the customers might have. You will then follow the workflow of troubleshooting and possibly fixing the issues if they are within our scope.
 

Project 2 You will be working as a Customer Support Representative that supports a foot scanner designed to fit shoes for the customers. You will be contacted by the staff of shoe stores in case the scanner needs to be fixed, or some parts are needed to be sent out. You will be handling calls, emails, and chats providing help with the scanner.
 

Project 3 Your job will be to support a CRM platform that is used by various companies. You’ll be the first line support providing basic troubleshooting steps, collecting information, and reporting urgent issues to the second line. This projects has chats and emails only.
 

Project 4 The project has to do with a publishing software company that aims at gathering various newspapers in one place, specifically a phone app. You will be monitoring publications and notifying an internal team about any delays. Project 5 You will be working with a security software company handling various requests with step by step instructions. You’ll be the first line support receiving tickets from the customers and routing them to the relevant team. The project has emails and calls.

We are executing a phased modernization program to migrate a legacy enterprise system built on Universe (UniVerse/UniData) database technology to a modern Java-based platform with a relational SQL backend for a big US insurance company.

• Responsibilities:

  This role focuses on Python-driven migration tooling and data validation, combined with deep expertise in Universe DB. The developer will build Python solutions to extract, transform, validate, and reconcile data and data-driven logic from Universe DB, supporting the Java development team by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and functional parity throughout the migration.

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  Python:

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the core iOS application for a health and longevity medical platform used by clinicians and patients
• Build and maintain deep integrations with Apple HealthKit, wearable devices, and medical sensors (including smartwatches and glucose monitors)

• Strong knowledge of memory management and concurrency in iOS

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager / Chief Financial Officer  to lead the company’s financial function and partner with executive management in driving sustainable growth. 

The role is responsible for setting and executing financial strategy, overseeing financial planning, risk management, and governance, and ensuring robust operational controls and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will also lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, performance management, and development support.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Leadership

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
• Act as a key advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on financial performance, risks, and opportunities
