What Youβll Own
You will own our paid acquisition engine end-to-end. This is a very hands-on role.
You will design and operate a full-funnel performance marketing system focused on booked appointments and completed jobsβnot vanity metrics.
Paid Social & Performance Media
- Own and scale Meta, TikTok, and YouTube with booked appointments and completed jobs as the north-star metrics
- Design and operate a full-funnel performance system that turns attention into revenue
- Run disciplined testing with clear hypotheses across creative, offers, audiences, and placements
- Build and operate a content machine, creating a repeatable process for generating ideas, producing creatives, and testing at speed
