We are looking for a Shared Team Leader to support WOW24-7’s multi-project environment. This role is ideal for an experienced team leader with excellent English communication skills, strong operational awareness, and the flexibility to work across several client programs daily.

The Shared Team Leader will dedicate approximately 2–3 hours per day per program to ensure service quality, team performance, and smooth operations. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this role requires readiness to temporarily support the line of business (LOB) as an agent when coverage is needed, such as during periods when agents are unavailable due to illness or other reasons.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Data Governance) to join our dynamic Big Data team. If you have a passion for data, a strong analytical mindset, and a desire to contribute to our data governance efforts, we want to hear from you.

As a Business Analyst (Data Governance), you will play a critical role in ensuring Big Data profiling and segmentation, as well as integrity, quality and variety of our data assets.

Responsibilities:

•            Gather, analyse and validate business requirements, prepare User Stories, BRD, FSD, Project Charters, etc.

•            Evaluate and integrate data from multiple sources

•            Develop analytical data sets in Big Data environments which can be used for analytics and data science

•            Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining

•            Design and document data flows and data mappings 

•            Manage company’s datasets in Big Data environments

•            Aggregate and transform data for efficient data processing

•            Address user questions and issues related to the data management platform 

•            Define and document data governance policies, processes, and standards

•            Monitor data quality and compliance with data governance policies

•            Develop and maintain data catalogue and metadata management practices

Requirements:

•            2+ years as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Engineer or relevant experience 

•            Strong business value orientation

•            The ability to write clear requirements and specifications

•            Experience in database technologies with solid understanding and hands-on skills with SQL/Advance SQL/Hive/ETL. PySpark, Python knowledge would be a plus

•            Experience building large scale datasets in Hadoop, AWS, Azure or similar big data environments

•            Good to have understanding of structured, semi structured and unstructured datasets

•            Should have worked on end-to-end solution development

•            Need to have understanding of data pipeline building

•            Strong understanding of data governance principles, practices, and industry standards

•            Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

•            Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team

•            Previous Telecom experience and familiarity with BSS, OSS and Service Fulfilment functions would be a plus

Hard skills requirements (including years):

• 5+ years of experience working as a business analyst; preferably within a software development environment.
• Prior experience with gambling / iGaming projects (casino and/or sports betting).
• Solid understanding of online casino and/or sports betting domain at user level: products, basic flows, main user actions and mechanics.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business analysis, requirements management, and Agile delivery principles.
• Proven experience in eliciting and documenting requirements in the form of user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Ability to create comprehensive software requirements specifications (SRS).
• Strong grasp of software architecture, including Web applications, and a deep understanding of software/systems (UML).
• Proficiency in modeling business processes, knowledge of notations and methodologies (BPMN).
• Ability to interpret, structure, and clarify complex information into clear, actionable requirements.
• Experience leading workshops to gather requirements, build solutions, and present features.
• Excellent communication skills.
