About the Role
You will be part of the Engineering team, driving the evolution of Batch AI, our AI-powered system that optimizes material feeding in concrete production. Batch AI combines sensor data with predictive and machine learning models to make batching operations more accurate, consistent, and autonomous.
As a Senior ML Engineer, you will apply machine learning engineering and applied data science techniques to design, train, and evaluate models that directly impact industrial performance,
working closely with engineers and the Product Operations team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership, experimentation, and delivering real-world impact. You will play a key role in advancing the intelligence and reliability of industrial
processes powered by Batch AI.

Responsibilities:

• Searching for passive candidates using various sources, including LinkedIn, Google search, ATS, HeadHunter and other tools;
• Coordinate vacancy postings via different job boards;
• Contacting potential candidates through different channels;
• Maintaining of talent database review applicants from corporate job site and other postings, including talent pool applicants, keeping information up to date;
• Development of a sourcing strategy for finding candidates in new locations;
• Creating talent pipelines for future needs;
• Work with recruitment tools (Jira, ATS);
• Cooperate with Recruiters to build a correct sourcing strategy for finding candidates;
• Scheduling an all initial interview with external candidates for recruiters;
• Development of professional networks, promotion of the company’s brand, and analysis of market information;
• Participation in other projects that affect hiring efficiency;
• Keeping track of sourcing metrics and reporting on progress;
• Ensure accurate filling of Jira, ATS and recruitment dashboard documents. Monitor that job openings timely transition through necessary status stages.

We are looking for a strong Middle or Senior TA Engineer to guide automated testing using C#, Selenium and Playwright for a cloud-based platform in automotive and consumer goods sectors. Project Overview:

This project focuses on a cloud-based software platform that manages and automates the full lifecycle of F&I Products, Service Contracts and Extended Warranties in the automotive and consumer goods sectors. It enables real-time transactions, comprehensive policy/claims management and sophisticated risk/reinsurance handling to improve operational efficiency and risk understanding.

Entry Date: January-February 2026.

Duration: 6-9 month with possible extension.

Our ideal candidate has required technical skills:

• advanced proficiency in C# and javascript for test automation;
• deep understanding of Selenium WebDriver for automation;
• experience with test frameworks and tools like NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest;
• knowledge of MSSQL, including the ability to write and debug SQL queries;
• extensive experience in designing, writing, and maintaining automated test scripts;
• extensive experience in creating test documentation like test plans and test-cases
• strong experience in manual QA testing
