The strategic objective is to rapidly develop and launch a Cybersecurity Management Platform (CMP) to address the evolving needs of OT customers. The initiative focuses on accelerating the CMP’s time-to-market with an initial Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the company’s internal Managed Security Services Program (MSSP), while simultaneously establishing internal software development capabilities to support a smooth transition of the platform development.
 

Requirements

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Kubernetes & Cloud: Proven production experience with Kubernetes (Azure AKS) and Docker.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with Terraform for automating cloud infrastructure.
• CI/CD: Strong experience building and managing pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Service Mesh & API Gateway: Practical experience with Istio and an Ingress Controller such as Kong or Nginx.
• Identity Management: Securing services with Keycloak.
• Monitoring: Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for metrics, logging, and tracing.
• Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Application & Cloud Security (DevSecOps): Experience with security scanning tools such as SonarQube, Coverity (SAST), Blackduck (SCA), or similar. Familiarity with container security best practices (Kubesec).

Job responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing and deployment workflows.
• Manage and monitor development, staging, and production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
