• Ask thoughtful, well-researched questions and keep discussions engaging and easy to follow
• Lead webinar-style sessions around payments and fintech topics
• Create high-quality video content (long-form interviews + clips)
• Represent the company and its podcast channel on camera in a professional and authentic way

• Collaborate with the team on content direction and positioning

   

What we’re looking for

• A strong on-camera personality with a natural, engaging presence
• Strong understanding of social media culture and content formats
• Creative, quick-thinking, and adaptable in fast-moving environments
• Excellent spoken English (near-native or native)
• Experience launching or running a YouTube channel
• Experience hosting interviews, podcasts, webinars, or video content
• Ability to engage senior professionals (C-level, founders, experts) in meaningful conversations
• Solid understanding of fintech/payments (or ability to get up to speed quickly)

• Confident, energetic, and natural communication style

   

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, payments, or crypto
• Personal brand or existing audience

• Experience with live or recorded formats
