What you'll do

• Set the technical bar across our vehicle-detection and license-plate-recognition stack. Govern model architecture choices, dataset strategy, evaluation pipelines, and deployment patterns.
• Design, train, optimise, and deploy CV models for vehicle detection, classification (type, colour, brand, model), and GCC license-plate recognition.
• Convert and optimise models (YOLO family and others) for inference on Intel CPUs using OpenVINO; profile and reduce latency on edge hardware until you hit the SLA you own.
• Drive performance work on inference latency, model footprint, and CPU resource use for fleet-scale deployment.
• Govern the labelling guideline with the AI labelling operator: prioritise edge cases, audit dataset quality, sign off on dataset releases.

Responsibilities

Product UI Motion Design

Create polished UI animations for mobile and desktop experiences

Design transitions between app states, screens, and gameplay flows

Develop VFX and motion feedback for rewards, bonuses, wins, promotions, and interactive moments

Build atmospheric background motion while maintaining strong performance optimization

Improve user engagement through responsive and satisfying motion systems

Marketing & UA Creative

Produce user acquisition creatives and short-form promotional videos

Create motion assets for campaigns, seasonal events, promotions, and in-product offers

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create clear and engaging motion narratives

Support fast iteration and testing workflows for performance marketing assets

Technical Production & Implementation

Prepare motion assets for implementation in Cocos2D and Unity pipelines

Create reusable motion systems, libraries, and guidelines

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation

Optimize assets for runtime performance across platforms

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams

Present motion concepts and participate in feature ideation

Align visual quality and implementation across distributed teams and time zones

Quality & Performance

Test motion across devices and platforms

Optimize file sizes, runtime cost, and playback performance

Requirements

5+ years of motion design experience

3+ years in gaming, interactive products, or related industries

Strong portfolio featuring:

Game animations

UI motion design

Gameplay feedback systems

Special effects

Marketing creatives

Advanced proficiency with After Effects and industry-standard motion tools

Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and interaction design

Experience creating optimized animations for mobile and desktop platforms

Strong production mindset with reliable delivery under deadlines

Good English communication skills

Experience working with Cocos2D and/or Unity production pipelines

Understanding of player psychology and engagement systems

# Senior VFX Animator (Unity / Spine)

We are hiring a Senior VFX Animator for our client — a product-focused gaming company building next-generation interactive gameplay experiences inspired by modern casual and skill-based games.

We’re looking for a hands-on VFX expert with strong real-time production experience in Unity and Spine who can independently own the full VFX animation pipeline — from concept creation to final in-engine implementation.

The ideal candidate combines strong artistic sensibility with deep technical expertise, creating effects that are visually impactful, gameplay-readable, and optimized for real-time performance across mobile and desktop platforms.

You will collaborate closely with game designers, UI/UX teams, engineers, and artists across multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.

## Responsibilities

### End-to-End VFX Ownership

* Own the complete VFX workflow from concept to implementation

* Create:

  * UI interaction animations

  * Gameplay and feature-related VFX

  * Reward and bonus animations

  * Item usage effects

* Translate gameplay requirements into clear and satisfying visual feedback

* Ensure animations improve gameplay clarity, engagement, and user experience

### Real-Time Production & Technical Execution

* Work extensively with Spine for:

  * Rigging

  * Mesh deformation

  * Animation state setup

  * Export optimization

* Build and optimize VFX workflows in Unity:

  * Particle systems

  * Animator & Timeline integration

  * UI animation integration

  * Prefab organization

* Combine Spine and Unity workflows efficiently

* Optimize assets for mobile and desktop performance

* Maintain strong performance standards while preserving visual quality

### Artistic Quality & Gameplay Readability

* Create animations with strong timing, impact, and rhythm

* Maintain consistency with overall art direction

### Pipeline & Integration

* Structure assets for clean integration and scalable workflows

## Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in real-time VFX and animation production

* Advanced experience with Unity VFX workflows

* Expert-level Spine animation skills

* Strong understanding of real-time optimization for mobile and desktop

* Experience with:

  * Particle systems

  * Animator / Timeline

  * Prefabs

  * Texture atlases

  * Draw call optimization

  * Shader/material setup

* Strong understanding of gameplay readability and animation timing

* Experience shipping mobile or cross-platform games
