Product Owner

About the Company:
 

DevCasi is a product company with 4 years of history. We have built a modern gaming platform and work with both proprietary brands and client projects in the iGaming space.
 

Responsibilities:

• Shaping product vision and contributing to strategic planning;
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks;
• Launching features: from hypothesis to result;
• Designing betting, bonus, and loyalty functionality;
• Creating and optimizing CJMs and user flows;
• Analyzing metrics: LTV, ARPPU, Retention, Churn;
• Running A/B tests and validating hypotheses;
• Researching the market, competitors, and user behavior in Tier-1 GEOs;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: development, design, and analytics.
   

Who We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in iGaming — required;
• Deep understanding of iGaming products and user goals;
• Understanding of product analytics, architecture, and platform-building principles;
• Experience in strategic planning and backlog management;
• Skills in creating and implementing CJMs and user scenarios;
• Strong analytical skills and product thinking;
• Leadership qualities and a results-driven mindset;
• Experience working with iOS/Android mobile applications;
• English B1+.
