    We’re looking for an Account Manager with B2B experience to work with a platform that helps digital products retain and engage users through loyalty programs, gamified missions, and token-based rewards.

    What we are looking for:

    • 3+ years as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS
    • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (5–15)
    • Hands-on experience launching clients end-to-end: onboarding β†’ configuration β†’ production
    • Solid understanding of web and mobile application architecture

    We’re looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, with the core goal of driving revenue growth and expanding market share for our product.

    It is important for us that you have/are:

    • 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Mobile, or Loyalty/Gamification tools

    We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join Group107’s team of Project Managers to work on various projects(e-commerce, SaaS, marketing) in Lviv.

     

    Requirements

     This is full-time on-site position in Lviv office.

    • 3 years of project management experience in IT or software development;
    • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end projects;
    • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects);
    • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities;
    • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results;
    • Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)

    Nice to have

    • Knowledge of WordPress, accessibility standards, or e-commerce platforms.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets;
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders;
    • Allocate resources and track project progress against milestones;
    • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers;
    • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on project goals;
    • Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings;
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders;
    • Gather and clarify project requirements, providing regular updates on progress;
