What you'll be working on

• Design and build AI-powered internal tools for teams across content, marketing, analytics, and operations
• Architect and maintain automated workflows that multiply output per team member
• Deploy, manage, and optimize local LLMs on our Mac Studio infrastructure via OpenClaw
• Integrate external AI APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) where local models aren't the right fit

About you 

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building with LLMs (local and API-based)
• Strong Python skills; comfortable with FastAPI, scripting, and glue code that holds up in production
• Experience deploying and running open-weight models locally (llama.cpp, vLLM, Ollama, or similar)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows
• Feel of urgency towards shipping — you'd rather deploy something useful today than architect something perfect next quarter

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Middle Data Analyst / Data Engineer to join our analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust data infrastructure, developing analytical pipelines, and delivering actionable insights that directly shape our web marketing and product strategy.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role in a web marketing or product-analytics context;
• Strong, hands-on proficiency in SQL — comfortable writing complex queries across BigQuery, Redshift, and PostgreSQL;
• Practical experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines;
• Experience with Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization;
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery and/or Redshift);
• Solid grasp of web marketing and product metrics: conversions, funnels, cohorts, retention, attribution;
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and basic statistical analysis
• Python for data processing and automation;
• Strong communication skills — able to present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GA4, GTM, or similar web analytics tools;
• Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or other modern data orchestration tools;
• Background working in performance marketing or growth teams;
• Experience with data modeling best practices (star schema, data marts, etc.).

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across our data infrastructure (BigQuery, Redshift, PostgreSQL);
• Develop and own dashboards and reports in Tableau to track key marketing and product metrics;
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, cohorts, and channel performance to surface growth opportunities;
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and ad hoc analysis across multiple database environments;
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define KPIs and translate business questions into data solutions;
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across our BI ecosystem;
• Support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks — from setup through statistical analysis and reporting;
• Contribute to improving data documentation, governance practices, and internal tooling.

We are seeking an experienced macOS Developer to own and enhance the core macOS agent within this autonomous management platform. In this senior role, you will join a domain-expert engineering team collaborating across multiple application and platform streams. 

You will drive the modernization of the agent into a single cross-platform solution, implement new data-collection and remote-management features, and troubleshoot production issues at scale. 

💻 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the macOS agent using Swift and Objective-C.

• 5+ years of professional macOS application development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Swift and strong working knowledge of Objective-C.
• Deep understanding of Apple’s core frameworks and APIs, including Cocoa, Foundation, Networking, Concurrency, and Security.
• Extensive experience with macOS system programming (daemons, launch agents, privileged helpers, IPC).
• Proven track record of performance optimization, profiling, and low-level debugging on macOS.
• Familiarity with Xcode build systems and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a distributed, cross-functional team.
