Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and delivery-focused Project Manager to take ownership of our slot development pipeline at OptiPlay. You will act as the bridge between Tech, Creative, Math, Product and other departments, ensuring that our games are delivered on time, within scope, and up to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee and manage the entire slot development lifecycle, from initial concept and requirement gathering to final release;
• Own project schedules, milestones, dependencies and day-to-day delivery across multiple games;
• Synchronize workflows between creative and technical departments to ensure everyone is aligned and moving at the right pace;
• Proactively identify production bottlenecks and implement workflow adjustments to eliminate them;
• Own the delivery pipeline, manage release schedules, and ensure all titles hit their planned milestones;
• Prepare clear status updates, generate progress reports for stakeholders, and track key delivery KPIs and metrics.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of overall experience in project management;
• Proven background working as a PM in the iGaming industry (experience directly within a B2B slot provider is a massive advantage);
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and how to apply them flexibly in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong ability to manage scope, time, and resources effectively without compromising the final product quality;
• Excellent English skills and the ability to clearly translate business requirements into technical tasks.

• Hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing complex workflows in ClickUp.
