    We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the Release Management team. Release Management is the backbone of the product delivery, responsible for the design, installation, upgrade, and L3/L4 support of our entire product line, including Amelia (RPM & Cloud/K8s) and Autonomics.

    In this role, you will not just be a body in a seat; we are looking for "brilliant brains" to help us scale. You will adopt our "1Click" philosophy—if a task needs to be done more than twice, you will automate it.

    Your future tasks:

    • Infrastructure & Cloud Management:
      • Manage and support installations across hybrid environments, including DSaaS (Dedicated SaaS), On-Premise, and Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).
      • Administer and maintain Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, AKS) and Docker-based deployments.
      • Perform L3/L4 System Administration on Linux environments (Scientific Linux, RHEL 7/8/9), ensuring OS patching, security, and upgrades.
    • Automation & CI/CD:
      • Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts to automate the spin-up of test infrastructure and product installation.
      • Manage CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo and Bitbucket to execute automated "1Click" upgrades and installations.
      • Script and automate release management processes, ensuring code upgrades are passed smoothly from R&D to production.
    • Database & Application Support:
      • Manage and support backend technologies including Percona (MySQL v8), Redis, OpenSearch, RabbitMQ, and HAProxy.
      • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of monitoring stacks, specifically ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix.
      • Support specialized telephony infrastructure components like Jambonz (open-source voice platform) and Freeswitch.
    • Release Management & Reliability:
      • Execute Release Management (RM) processes, creating client-specific git repositories for inventory configurations, certificates, and overrides.
      • Oversee automated backup and restore procedures (using S3, Minio, etc.) and ensure Disaster Recovery readiness.
      • Monitor upgrade success/failure rates via Jira and Slack integrations, intervening immediately to remediate exceptions.
    • Client Success & Documentation:
      • Provide expert-level "White Glove" support during partner installs and upgrades, offering real-time troubleshooting.
      • Create and maintain easily consumable documentation in Confluence for both internal teams and external partners.

    What we expect from you:

    • Linux Expertise: Expert-level knowledge (L3/L4) of Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS family).
    • Automation Skills: Proven experience with Ansible (playbooks) and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
    • Container Orchestration: Strong experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker in production environments.
    • CI/CD Tools: Proficiency with Bamboo, Git, and Bitbucket for version control and deployment pipelines.
    • Database Management: Experience supporting MySQL (Percona XtraDB Cluster), Redis, and familiarity with replication strategies.
    • Web & Proxy: Experience configuring and managing Nginx, Apache, and HAProxy.
    • Scripting: Proficiency in Shell scripting (Bash) and familiarity with Python or Java.

    Prefered qualifications:

    • Experience with Voice/Telephony technologies (SIP, Freeswitch, Jambonz).
    • Familiarity with ELK Stack and Zabbix for monitoring and logging.
    • Experience in a "Hybrid" software environment (supporting both SaaS and On-Premise installations).
    • A mindset of "Don't break my stuff"—prioritizing stability and proactive testing (Eddie load testing) before deployment.
    • You believe that "Today's latest-and-greatest is often tomorrow's floppy disk," and you are constantly re-evaluating technology stacks (e.g., migrating from CentOS to RHEL 9).
    • You communicate effectively, capable of working with Delivery teams, R&D, and external Partners.

    We offer:

    • Remote-first work environment;
    • Collaborative and motivated team;
    • Impactful work improving patient treatment workflows;
    • Professional growth with modern technologies;
    • Autonomy and ownership of your work;
    • Competitive compensation;

    We’re building an ultra-realistic character in Unity and need a strong Technical Artist to set up lookdev and achieve a consistent, production-ready visual result.

    You will be responsible for creating a high-quality lighting and shading setup, tuning materials, and ensuring the character looks realistic across our target render pipeline.

    What you will do:
    - Set up character lookdev in Unity (realistic skin/eyes/hair/clothing materials).
    - Create and tune a lighting setup (key/fill/rim, HDRI, shadow quality, reflections, exposure/tonemapping).
    - Configure and optimize shaders/materials (PBR, SSS/skin, eye shader, hair shader, micro-detail, roughness/spec balance).
    - Adjust post-processing (color, bloom, DOF if needed, filmic tonemapping) to get a natural result.
    - Ensure visual consistency across camera angles and typical “streaming” framing.
    - Deliver a clean Unity scene/prefab with documented settings for future iterations.

    Requirements (must have):
    - Strong experience as a Unity Technical Artist (lookdev/lighting/materials/shaders).
    - Solid understanding of realistic PBR workflows and how to debug shading issues.
    - Experience with HDRP or URP (please specify which pipeline you worked with).
    - Portfolio showing realistic characters in Unity (screenshots/videos).

    Nice to have:
    - Experience with realistic skin/SSS workflows (HDRP SSS, custom solutions, etc.).
    - Hair rendering experience (cards/strands workflows; shader tuning).
    - Optimization mindset (quality vs performance trade-offs).

    Deliverables:
    - Unity project scene (or a package) with final lighting + post-process + tuned materials/shaders.
    - Short setup notes: key settings used, what to tweak, and how to keep consistent results.

    To apply, please include:
    - Links to 2–3 relevant lookdev examples (Unity).
    - Which pipeline you recommend (HDRP/URP) and why.

    Your estimate: how many iterations you typically need to reach “final look”.

    Start: ASAP

    We’ve been operating in the crypto industry for over 10 years, building long-term teams and sustainable processes. Now we’re looking for a CFO who can take full ownership of the financial and legal function in a crypto business — from daily liquidity control to building structures that can withstand audits, regulators, and rapid growth.

    This role is hands-on and strategic at the same time. You’ll work closely with the CEO, shareholders, Compliance, Product, and Operations, and will be responsible for the financial stability and transparency of the entire group.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Take ownership of the financial and legal function across the group of crypto companies.
    • Ensure stable liquidity and asset safety (fiat and crypto).
    • Oversee treasury management, cash flows and reserves, preventing cash gaps and account blockages.
    • Maintain full financial visibility and control at group level.
    • Prepare and oversee management reporting for leadership and shareholders.
    • Control and optimize cost structure.
    • Manage the group legal structure (opening and closing entities, financial reporting).
    • Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Product and Operations on financial topics.
    • Support licensing and regulatory processes from the financial side.
    • Manage and develop the finance & legal team (5–10 people).

      What we expect from you
    • 2+ years of experience as CFO / Head of Finance / Deputy CFO in the financial industry.
    • Experience in fintech, crypto projects, exchanges or PSPs.
    • Strong understanding of how a crypto exchange operates
    • Ability to analyze and reconcile on-chain transactions with internal reports and accounting.
    • Practical experience dealing with incidents: stuck transactions, balance discrepancies, delayed withdrawals, cross-chain issues.
    • Solid background in treasury management (fiat & crypto): liquidity, reserves, risk of blockages.
    • Experience working with complex multi-entity legal structures, including offshore jurisdictions.
    • Understanding of tax and legal structuring principles.
    • Proven people management experience (5–10 team members).
    • Experience building or improving finance processes: treasury, controlling, management reporting.

    Soft skills that really matter here:

    • Hands-on mindset.
    • Team player and people leader.
    • Ability to hold people accountable for results.
    • Strategic thinking and ownership mindset.
    • Genuine interest in crypto and how the industry works in practice.

    Nice to have

    • Big Four background.
    • ACCA / CFA certification.

    Hiring process

    • Test task
