- Work closely with product owners, development teams, QA engineers, and designers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements and solution designs
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying real needs
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and regular analytical reports using Apache Superset, and occasionally Power BI, Tableau
- Create report prototypes and analytical visualizations independently when needed
- Contribute to the automation, standardization, and optimization of reporting processes
- Conduct demo sessions for stakeholders and prepare user documentation to facilitate adoption of delivered solutions
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst working on data-intensive projects involving BI solutions, reporting, and data platform development
- Confident SQL skills and a solid understanding of data modeling principles
- Practical experience with BI tools (Superset, Power BI, preferably Tableau)
- Experience in building and presenting dashboards
- Strong understanding of iterative ways of working, especially Scrum
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
Will be a plus:
- Experience participating in the end-to-end development of a Data Warehouse / SSA layer from scratch
