- You’re okay with rotating shifts: 
Morning: 07:00—15:00 
Evening: 15:00—23:00 
Night: 23:00—07:00 (Night shifts come with bonuses 💰)
- You're calm under pressure and genuinely care about helping people
- You’re comfortable communicating in Spanish or Portuguese, both written and spoken — at least B1–B2 level
