As an example — systems that analyze heartbeat and detect abnormalities in patients, real-time communication platforms between patients and doctors, solutions that detect malignant tumors from images, systems that identify heart defects based on gait patterns, and more.

We are looking for a Strong Middle Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our team ⭐️

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation (2+ years working with LinkedIn and 1+ year with Upwork).
• Experience in IT service companies.
• Understanding of outbound processes and the lead generation funnel.
• Ability to conduct written communication that generates interest in our services.
• Responsible attitude to working with a CRM and moving leads through the funnel.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher; fluency in Ukrainian.

Nice to have: previous experience in lead generation for healthcare.

Future responsibilities:

• Communicating with prospects on LinkedIn and booking calls for sales managers.
• Working with Upwork and LinkedIn.
• Managing your leads in the CRM system.
• Tracking and analyzing your own performance metrics.
• Handling related tasks to support the lead generation process.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in customer support or customer operations
• 1+ year in a senior, lead, escalation, or mentoring role
• Proven experience resolving billing, subscription, and account issues independently
• Strong judgment in triage and edge cases
• Fluent written and speaking English
• Comfortable working with sensitive, health-adjacent information
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms
• Exposure to HIPAA-compliant environments
• Hardware or device troubleshooting experience
• Track record of high CSAT in written support channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own escalations and high-impact user cases end-to-end
• Maintain and enforce written support quality standards
• Coach and mentor CS specialists through ticket reviews and feedback
• Ensure instant boundary recognition and correct routing
• Improve day-to-day workflows (SOPs, macros, tags, escalation notes)
• Coordinate clean handoffs with Ops, Fulfillment, and MDI
• Track core support metrics and trends (CSAT, resolution quality, escalation rate.
