It features DeXe Protocol, the most extensive code base of smart contracts for treasuries and on-chain decision-making, and DeXe DAO Studio, a dApp for easy, no-code use, offering dashboards, automation, notifications, and a seamless user experience.

A designated position to lead a hub for innovation and digital learning, driving a strategic technology plan across all IB programs. Responsibilities include supporting teachers in tech integration, overseeing curriculum, managing digital infrastructure, and leading a team of technology educators.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience in managing tech teams, technology-related educational institutions, or tech communities.
• Passion for education, innovation, and developing technology-driven learning environments.
• Experience building education centers or tech hubs from scratch or managing L&D departments in tech companies is a strong plus.
• Strong motivation to contribute to socially significant projects and share expertise, with a genuine interest in working with children.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and engage teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Technology Innovation Center Leadership: Establish and lead the Technology Innovation Center, developing an educational hub where students explore technology, innovation, and digital learning.
• Strategic Technology Planning: Develop and implement a technology strategy that supports learning across all IB programs and grade levels.
• Instructional Support & Curriculum: Support teachers in integrating technology into classroom instruction and ensure the effective delivery of the technology curriculum by technology teachers.
• Infrastructure: Lead hardware and software purchasing decisions, ensuring a cutting-edge and efficient digital ecosystem.
• Technology Team Management: Recruit, develop, and retain a technology education team that supports the school’s vision.
